Know Before You Go:
Under-15s must be with an adult aged 18+. Child tickets (4–11) link to an adult ticket; under 4 enter free.
Height limits vary by ride — Hyper Viper 95–199 cm, Camel Racers 107 cm min, surfing 120 cm min. Amwaj Bay and The Lazy Camel have none.
Dress code: lined, quick-dry swimwear made for pool use. No cotton, denim or sportswear in the water.
Ladies' Day: every Friday, women and girls only, boys under 8 allowed, no photography.

Infants aged three years old and under can enter for free and do not require an online ticket. They will be registered at the gate. The infant's parent or guardian must present valid ID.
Junior Single Day Tickets are for children who are four to 11 years old, must be linked to an accompanying adult ticket holder (including a Companion – Nanny or Person with Disabilities ticket holder). Valid ID is required upon entry.
Valid ID must be presented upon entry. Adult pricing varies based on booking window.
Seniors age 60 and over are eligible for discounted tickets. Valid ID is required upon entry.
Companion – Nanny tickets cannot be used independently, and must be linked to a Junior, Standard, or Saudi Senior Citizen ticket holder. An Iqama must be presented upon entry.
People with disabilities are eligible for discounted tickets. A disability card must be presented upon entry.
Disability support companions are eligible for discounted Companion – People with Disabilities tickets, but these must be purchased with a Single Day Ticket for People with Disabilities.
