Event Terms and Conditions:

- Exhibition visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

- No professional cameras or video recorders are allowed at the venue without a permit.

- The nearest parking area is Samhan Parking (paid parking).

Compliance with Public Decency Regulations:

- Agree and adhere to the Public Decency Regulations

Ticketing Policy:

- All events are inclusive of VAT.

- Re-sale of this ticket is strictly prohibited.

- Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non modifiable.

- In the event that the event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled by the organizer, the paid ticket amount will be refunded within 14 business days or more, depending on the payment method used at the time of booking.

Entry and Attendance Policy:

- Ticket holder must abide by their assigned seat number or section (if available).

- Ticket holder is responsible for checking the date of the event, its time and place and the age allowed to attend the event. The ticket holder must also arrive early at the location of the event, and the event organizer has the right to refuse entry to latecomers, and in this case the ticket holder may not demand a refund of the ticket price or replacement of any type.

- The event organizer reserves the right to prevent entry or remove individuals it deems in violation of the event rules.

- Event organizer maintains the right to request visitor information as confirmation, and in which case a valid national ID or Iqama shall be presented.

Safety and Security:

- Agree and adhere to venue health and safety rules and regulations.

- Ticket holders may be subject to search and seizure of dangerous or banned objects.

- The event organizer or security detail holds the right to confiscate items deemed dangerous or harmful to the event.

- The event organizer is not responsible for the physical injuries, illnesses or death of any visitor (including the ticket holder) or the loss or damage of the property for reasons caused by or related to the activity.

Prohibited Items and Activities:

- Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited.

- Animals are not permitted on the event premises.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the event premises and its facilities.

- Books, banners, newspapers, political materials, flags, or similar items are not permitted.

- Professional photography and video recording equipment are not permitted.

Privacy:

- The ticket holder, as an attendee, agrees to the photographs, videos, and recorded sound clips that may be published on the Internet.

Contact Information:

- The user agrees that the organizer may contact them in the future for quality improvement purposes, research studies, or to inform them about upcoming events, through the available communication channels.
