Terms and Conditions The Royal Commission for Riyadh City, in partnership with the Emirate of Riyadh Province, celebrates Saudi Founding Day with cultural and heritage activities that reflect the Kingdom's historical depth. General Conditions This is a ticketed event; all attendees must have a valid ticket purchased through WeBook. Every attendee (adult/child above 5 years old) must have a separate ticket. Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited. Re-entry is not permitted; once you leave the venue, you will not be allowed to return. Security & Prohibited Items All ticket holders and their belongings may be subject to security checks upon entry. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item deemed a security risk or that may interfere with the event will be removed at the discretion of the organizer or security personnel. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Food trucks will be available outside the premises, and food booths will be available inside. Animals are not allowed on the premises. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. The use of lighters and matches is also forbidden, except in designated smoking areas. Photography & Media Consent By attending, the ticket holder consents to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These images and recordings may be used in printed and digital media, including the internet, for promotional and archival purposes. Liability & Conduct The organizer accepts no liability for any bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including ticket holders) or for loss or damage to personal belongings arising out of or in connection with the event. All attendees must adhere to the rules of public conduct, in line with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior, in the opinion of the organizer, is deemed inappropriate or disruptive. Parking & Vendor Responsibility Event parking is available at Al-Dhou; however, space is not guaranteed. If the designated parking area is full, visitors may use nearby parking options. The event organizers are not responsible for vendor terms and conditions. Any disputes must be resolved directly between the visitor and the vendor.
