Saudi Games 2024 | Opening Ceremony

1. Ticket Types and Validity • Day Ticket: Valid for entry to the respective cluster of your choosing for one day only. Allows access to all events within the cluster on that day, subject to availability. • Week Ticket: Valid for entry to the respective cluster of your choosing for one week (7 consecutive days). Allows access to all events within the cluster during this period, subject to availability. • Season Ticket: Valid for entry to the respective cluster of your choosing for the entire duration of the Saudi Games 2024. Allows access to all events within the cluster throughout the event period, subject to availability. 2. First-Come, First-Serve Policy • Ticket holders are granted entry to the cluster but are not guaranteed access to specific sports or events within the cluster. Admission to individual sports or events is on a first-come, first-serve basis. • To increase the likelihood of securing a seat for a particular sport or event, attendees must be inside the sport venue itself at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. Seats are limited, and entry is subject to venue capacity. 3. Entry and Access Control • All ticket holders must present a valid ticket to gain entry to the cluster. Tickets may be presented electronically via the WeBook platform app or as a printed copy. • Each ticket is valid for one person only and cannot be shared. Re-entry into the cluster is allowed only with a valid multi-entry ticket. • Attendees must comply with all security checks and procedures upon entry. Failure to comply with security measures may result in denial of entry without refund. 4. Ticket Purchase and Delivery • Tickets must be purchased through the WeBook platform, available via their website or app. • Upon purchase, e-tickets will be delivered electronically through the WeBook app or as a downloadable PDF. Attendees are responsible for ensuring they have access to their e-tickets. 5. Ticket Resale Process • Tickets purchased through the WeBook platform can be resold via the app's official resale process. Attendees who wish to resell their tickets must do so through the platform's designated resale option. • Tickets resold outside the WeBook platform or through unauthorized channels will be considered invalid and may be voided without compensation. 6. No Refund or Exchange Policy • All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are allowed. If you are unable to attend, you may use the WeBook platform’s resale option to transfer your ticket to another buyer. 7. Age and Accessibility • Children under the age of 10 can enter for free (must be accompanied by a ticket-holding adult). Seniors over 60 are eligible for free entry, subject to availability. 8. Conduct and Behavior • All attendees must comply with venue rules and regulations. Any behavior deemed disruptive, dangerous, or illegal will result in immediate removal from the venue without a refund. • The Saudi Games organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who fails to comply with these terms and conditions. 9. Privacy and Data Protection • Personal data provided during ticket purchase will be used solely for the purpose of managing ticketing and attendance at the Saudi Games 2024. Data will be handled in accordance with WeBook's Privacy Policy. 10. Amendments • The Saudi Games organizers reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
