In purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions (below) and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions provided by the organizer before or during the event.

• Tickets purchased are non-refundable, cannot be cancelled, or transferred unless the organizer cancelled, postponed, or changed of the date of the event.

• Allowed age of entry to this event must be 4 years of age and older, under 10 years needs to accompanied by an adult 16+ years old. 

• Ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the date, time, location, and the age restriction of the event. Early arrival is recommended, and the organizer shall have the right to refuse any late entries, and the ticket holder shall not have the right to claim for the reimbursement of the ticket price or any compensation whatsoever.

• All ticket holders and their belongings may be subject to search when entering the venue. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item, which the organizer or venue security personnel consider as a security risk or that may be used to damage the venue or interfere with the event, will be confiscated.

• Acknowledgment and commitment to the Public Decency Regulations is required.

• All prices include VAT.

• No professional cameras and video recorders are permitted at the venue.

• The ticket holder consents to photographs, video, sound recordings of ticket holder be captured and used in printed and electronics media, including the internet as an attendee at the venue.

• Ticket resale is strictly prohibited.

• Animals and pets are strictly prohibited.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the venue. 

The following items (not exhaustive) are prohibited at all WWE events:

• Weapons or replicas of all kinds

• Horns, whistles and loudspeakers

• Prohibited drugs (any medicine that is not in its original package)

• Fireworks / inflammable materials / firecrackers

• Lasers

• Cameras - bigger than 35 mm

• Umbrellas

• Food and Drinks

• 330 ml sealed bottle of water not allowed

• Selfie Stick

• Tablet and laptop computers

• Strollers

• Bags and large baggage (exceeding 40cm x 40cm x 20cm, i.e. backpacks larger than A4)

• Flags and Banners and Signs

• Drones and unmanned Aerial Devices

• Motorcycles, bikes, sleds or roller skates

• Animals of any kind (except for certified assistance animals)

• Equipment including, but not limited to CCTV, film cameras and sound recording devices

• Canisters of any type

• Wireless card machines

• Any other substance or item that may cause alarm or disturbance

• Acknowledgment and commitment to the regulation of preserving public taste

• In the event of cancellation, postponement, or change of the date of the event by the organizer The value of the ticket is refunded to the customer.

• Professional photography and video cameras are not allowed to enter the premises

• The ticket holder, in his capacity as attendee of the event venue, agrees to the photographs, video clips and recorded audio clips that may be posted on the Internet.

• The Organizer shall not be liable for bodily injury, illness, death of any visitor (including the ticket holder), or loss or damage to collectibles due to causes arising out of or in connection with the event.

• The management of the Venue also reserves the right to request that Ticket holders leave the Venue at any point on reasonable grounds and may take any appropriate action to enforce this right.

• In case of a complaint, must be submitted to "Ehtemam" by calling 8001282222 or by visiting (ehtemam.sa), within maximum 3 days of the occurring date.
