Cancellation and Refund Policy All tickets sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In case of no-show without prior notice, no refund or compensation will be provided. Children and Family Policy Children under 6 years can enter for free, while children aged 6 to 12 years will be charged a reduced fee, provided valid proof of age is shown. General Conduct and Compliance All guests are required to respect public morals and abide by local laws in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Smoking is prohibited inside the tent, except in designated areas. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any guest who fails to comply with proper conduct. Modifications and Cancellation by Organizers Layalina Ramadan Tent organizers reserve the right to change, cancel, or modify any aspect of the event, including entertainment programs or menu offerings, as deemed necessary. In the event of cancellation by the organizers, full refunds will be provided. Liability and Warranties Organizers bear no responsibility for the loss or damage of any personal belongings at the venue. Attendance is at the guest’s own risk. Photography and Media Coverage Photos and video recordings may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. Attendance at the event constitutes implicit consent to the guest’s appearance in such media without any compensation. By completing the booking process, the guest agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.
