By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only on the date and time specified.

Ticket holders must present a valid ticket upon request by the event organizer or authorized personnel.

Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable after purchase, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.

The organizer reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel any event, activity, or schedule without prior notice when necessary.

All attendees must comply with the instructions issued by the organizer, security personnel, and relevant authorities.

The entry of prohibited items, including weapons, hazardous materials, and fireworks, is strictly forbidden.

Alcoholic beverages, illegal substances, and any prohibited items under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not permitted.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of these Terms & Conditions, without refund.

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer accepts no liability for any loss, theft, or damage.

All attendees are subject to security screening upon entry.

Personal photography is permitted. Commercial photography, filming, or media coverage requires prior written approval from the organizer.

By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing, or media purposes without compensation.

All attendees must comply with the public decency regulations and applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The organizer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to comply with event rules or misuse of the venue or its facilities.

In the event of force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the event.

The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
