- Smoking is not permitted at the event venue, including electronic cigarettes, and the use of lighters and matches is also prohibited, except in designated smoking areas.

- By attending the event, the ticket holder agrees to the photography, video, and audio recordings that may be used in print, electronic copies, or published on the internet and television channels.

- The ticket holder is responsible for checking the event date, time, location, and age restrictions. The ticket holder must arrive early at the event venue.

- The organizer has the right to refuse entry to latecomers, and the ticket holder has no right to claim a refund or any compensation.

- Ticket holders and their belongings may be searched upon entering the event venue, and dangerous or prohibited items will be confiscated. - The customer can use the credit to purchase a new ticket for the same event or any other event offered by the service provide.
