Ticket Terms & Conditions

Saudi Pro League

By purchasing this ticket, the ticket holder agrees to comply with all terms, conditions, and restrictions set by the organizer before or during the event.

First: General Rules

• Children under one: Free admission for children under one (1) year old.

• One ticket per person: A separate ticket must be purchased for every individual (adult or child over one year old).

• No refunds: All payments are non-refundable.

• Resale: The only official platform for ticket resale is Webook.com.

• Sales outside the platform: If a ticket is sold or purchased outside the Webook.com platform, the organizer reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the ticket with no compensation or refund.

  • Permanently close the buyer’s account responsible for the violation.

  • Take legal action in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Cancellation or rescheduling: In case of cancellation or rescheduling due to legal, security, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, tickets will remain valid for the new date as announced by the relevant authorities.

Second: Entry and Attendance

• Responsibility to check: It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check the event date, time, venue, and age restrictions before attending.

• Early arrival: Ticket holders must arrive early at the venue.

• Latecomers: The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to latecomers without compensation or refund.

• Re-entry: No re-entry is allowed after leaving the venue.

  • Exception: Medical emergencies, subject to field approval from the event organizer.

• Search: All attendees and their personal belongings are subject to search upon entry.

• Confiscation: Prohibited or dangerous items, or any items deemed a threat by the organizer or security, will be confiscated.

Third: Prohibited Items and Actions

• Food and drinks: Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited.

  • Food and beverage vendors will be available inside the venue.

• Perfume: Bringing perfume bottles into the venue is prohibited and they will be disposed of at the entrance.

• Animals: No pets or animals are allowed inside the venue.

• Recording equipment: Professional cameras and recording equipment are not allowed without prior written approval.

• Smoking: Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited except in designated smoking areas.

• Lighters and matches: Lighters and matches are not allowed inside the venue except in designated areas.

Fourth: Conduct and Liability

• Disruptive behavior: The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

• Public decency: Attendees must adhere to public decency laws in accordance with the culture and values of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Limitation of liability: The organizer assumes no responsibility for injuries, illnesses, death, or loss or damage of personal property resulting from or related to attendance at the event.

• Image rights: By attending the event, the ticket holder grants the organizer the right to use photographs, video footage, and audio recordings for publication or promotional purposes.

Fifth: Fans and Seating

• Opposing supporters’ areas: The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove individuals seated in areas designated for the opposing team’s supporters.

  • No refunds or compensation will be provided in such cases.

• Supporter attire: Attendees must wear attire supporting the team for the section they booked tickets for.

• Rival team attire: Entry will be denied to individuals wearing the rival team’s attire.

Sixth: Accessible Tickets (People with Disabilities)

• Eligible guests: These tickets are strictly for individuals with physical disabilities (mobility impairment).

• Proof of eligibility: A valid government-issued disability card must be presented at entry.

• Companions: Companions will not be allowed entry without the presence of the person with a disability.

• Accuracy of information: If the information or documentation provided is incorrect, entry will be denied.

• Limited availability: Accessible tickets are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Approval and delivery: Accessible tickets will be reviewed and approved by the organizer and club management, and sent to the customer 24 hours prior to the match.

Seventh: Pricing, Seating, and Responsibilities

• Price changes: The organizer has the exclusive right to increase or decrease ticket prices.

• Price difference: The organizer will follow the club’s official policy regarding whether a price difference will be compensated or not.

• Relocation of seats: The organizer reserves the right to relocate ticket holders based on directives or in case of emergencies.

• Move to a lower category: If a customer is moved to a lower-priced category, the organizer will inform the customer and clarify the compensation process for the price difference, if applicable, based on the club’s policy.

Eighth: Organizational Responsibility

• Webook.com’s limits of responsibility: Webook.com is not responsible for any organizational issues, such as:

  • Poor parking management.

  • Any administrative failures within the venue or stadium.

• Responsible party: These responsibilities rest solely with the event organizer.

Ninth: Filming and Publishing Content

• Personal use: Fans may use mobile phones and personal devices to capture content inside the stadium for personal, non-commercial use only, in accordance with the policies, regulations, and instructions issued by the Saudi Pro League.

• Prohibited content: Capturing, publishing, broadcasting, reproducing, making available, or exploiting any content related to match play, live action, or any other content in violation of the League’s policies, regulations, and bylaws is prohibited.

• Commercial and media use: Content captured inside the stadium may not be used for any media, commercial, promotional, institutional, or for-profit purpose without obtaining the necessary approvals from the League.

• No acquired rights: Permission to capture or publish content for personal use does not grant any license, acquired right, or permanent authorization to exploit that content.

• Right to remove or restrict: The League reserves the right to request the removal, blocking, or restriction of any content captured or published from inside the stadium if it deems that content to violate these terms or the related policies, or to affect the commercial, media, or intellectual property rights or the interests of the League, the clubs, the partners, or the rights holders.

• Media and commercial entities: Use by media or commercial entities, or by news, professional, or institutional accounts, is subject to the approvals, procedures, and regulations issued by the League; the permission granted for personal use does not apply to them.

• Compliance and breach: The ticket holder undertakes to comply with these terms. The League may take appropriate action in the event of a breach, without prejudice to any other rights or legal remedies.
