1. Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms and conditions. A valid ticket must be presented to access the event, and you are required to keep possession of your ticket at all times. Any alterations, removal, or defacing of the ticket may invalidate it.

2. Age Restriction Tickets are available for individuals aged 16 and above. No children, infants, or newborns are permitted at the event. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to ensure compliance with this age restriction. Underage attendees will be denied entry without a refund.

3. Finality of Sales All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. Replacement tickets may only be provided if we can verify the ticket’s seat or general admission status, and shall be subject to an administrative fee.

4. Non-Transferability of Tickets Tickets are non-transferable and must not be resold or advertised for resale. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sellers may be invalidated, and SRMG reserves the right to cancel any tickets that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Ticket Holder Agreement By purchasing a ticket, you agree to:

a. Comply with all terms and conditions, including any additional guidelines provided by the event organizer.

b. Acknowledge that ticket errors, including incorrect pricing, may result in cancellation and reissuance with the correct pricing.

c. Understand that in the event of cancellation or rescheduling, a refund policy will be provided by the organizer at that time.

d. Accept potential changes to the advertised program, seating, and audience capacity and agree to comply with entry refusal due to intoxication, unsociable behavior, lack of valid tickets, or health and safety precautions.

6. Liability Disclaimer Entry to the event is at your own risk. SRMG, its affiliates, and staff bear no liability for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained during the event, SRMG or Management reserve the right to refuse entry or admission at their discretion. If you behave in a potentially dangerous manner, in breach of these terms and conditions, the rules and regulations of the venue or any instructions or directions given to you by any official at the event, you will be ejected from the event without refund and, if appropriate, may be reported to the police.

8. Responsibility of Ticket Holder The ticket holder is responsible for checking the event details, including date, time, location, and age restriction. Late arrivals may be denied entry without compensation.

9. Security Checks Attendees and their belongings may be subject to security searches. Prohibited items will be confiscated. The following articles are not permitted within the venue: illegal substances, weapons, dangerous or hazardous items, political or offensive materials, alcohol and such other items as SRMG or the venue may deem to be prohibited from time to time. Any person found in possession of such items may be refused entry into or ejected from the venue. The organizer or venue security may remove any item deemed a security risk or that could disrupt the event, without any right to any reimbursement or compensation.

10. Photography and Filming Consent The ticket holder consents to photographs, video recordings and/or audio records being captured at the event and used in any and all forms of publications and online (including social media).

11. No Professional Recording Equipment Professional cameras and video recorders are not permitted unless authorized by SRMG.

12. Waiver of Liability for Force Majeure SRMG is not liable for failure to fulfill any of its obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. 13. Jurisdiction and Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Riyadh courts.

14. Health and Safety Compliance Attendees must follow any health regulations in place at the event, including, but not limited to, proof of vaccination, mask-wearing, and any other safety measures required by law or event organizers.
