Entry Policy Your reservation includes access to the reserved restaurant or café and entry to Al-Mishraq Tent. Reservation Process By booking a restaurant or café through the Webook app, you acknowledge your acceptance of the listed prices at the time of booking and confirm your desire to enter into a contract with us. Please note that the restaurant or café management reserves the right to modify prices. Reservation Modification Policy Please note: • You may increase the number of guests or change the date and time of your reservation up to 72 hours before the scheduled booking by contacting customer service through the app. • Your request will be processed subject to availability. • Reservations can only be modified within the same restaurant or café and cannot be transferred to another venue. Reservation Timeframe • Please check the restaurant's notes regarding the reservation duration. • The table will be held for only 15 minutes after the scheduled time. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be canceled, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Punctuality Commitment • Please consider travel time and distance to the venue to avoid delays. • The scheduling system follows a strict timeline, and deviations are not permitted. • The event management holds no responsibility for late arrivals or no-shows. • No refunds will be issued for any delay, regardless of the reason. Table Selection Policy • Table selection is not available; tables are assigned based on availability. • The restaurant management may relocate tables only in cases of necessity. Dress Code for Restaurants • Guests are required to wear attire that aligns with public decency standards, respecting Saudi culture and traditions. Children Policy • Guests under 15 years old are not permitted. • Shisha will not be served to individuals under 18 years old. Personal Belongings • The event management is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings within the venue. • Visitors assume full responsibility for their vehicles parked in public parking areas.
