• By accepting, holding, or using this ticket, you are certifying that you have read, understood, and have legal authority to accept the ticketing terms and conditions.

• By attending the event, you agree to comply with all Saudi laws and regulations that are bound by the event and ticket terms which govern the usage of the tickets. You also affirm and warrant that the ticket is for personal use only and will not be used for any commercial purposes; thus, this ticket is non-exchangeable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

• We have the right to cancel any ticket that you attempt to resell or to advertise for resale. We are not obligated to accept anyone who has a damaged, split, lost or stolen ticket to the venue. If you don't show a valid ticket on demand, we have the right to ask you to leave the venue. Please note that you are not entitled to any refund or compensation in such cases.

• The Venue management team and all security have the right to request your I.D to verify your ticket, age, as well as the credit card used for purchase.

• Ticket holders are entirely responsible for all tickets held in their possession. Access to the venue may be denied if any part of the ticket is altered, defaced, or removed. SAFF  Team/Stadium operators/ venue owners/ organizers are not responsible, or provide any compensation for lost, stolen, forgotten, or damaged tickets. So, it is not possible to issue duplicate tickets.

• Re-admission is strictly prohibited; if a ticket holder enters the venue through the allocated gates, and decides to leave the venue, the organizer has the right to refuse his entry again.

• SAFF Team maintain the right to reject access or eject team supporters who enter the opposing team's sections in the stadium. Please note that you are not entitled to any refund or compensation in such cases.

• Ticket holders are responsible for verifying date, time, and place of the event. Also, you must arrive early to the event venue, and the organizer has the right to refuse admittance to late attendees an hour before the game begins, in which case the ticket holder will not be entitled to claim a refund of the ticket price or any other type of compensation.

• Ticket holders must not bring with them and/or have in their possession any of the items on the list of prohibited items, which include but not limited to lighters, cigarettes, sharp items, animals as well as any food and beverages.

• We reserve the right to (A) add, withdraw, reschedule, or change an event, advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity; (B) delay/cancel an event, in any case at our sole discretion, at short notice.

• If the event was cancelled or rescheduled for legal reasons, security, natural disasters or for reasons beyond our control, the tickets will be valid to the new scheduled dates stated by the concerned parties.

• SAFF team/stadium operators / organizers/or any other person involved in the event's organization are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of a ticket holder's personal property. As the ticket holder will relieve SAFF team/ from any liability related to loss or damage to personal property they may suffer resulting from his or her presence at a venue.

• Ticket holders agree to be photographed, filmed, or taped, by different media worldwide whether by SAFF team and/or AFC, or by any third parties chosen and/or authorized by SAFF team and/or AFC. In addition, SAFF team and/or AFC or third parties appointed and/or authorized by SAFF team and/or AFC shall have the right to broadcast, publish, license, and use any such photographs, films, recordings, or images of a ticket holder in perpetuity.

• SAFF reserves the right to deny and/or remove any guest who fails to follow the safety guidelines and procedures with no further compensation or remuneration.

• The management has the right to refuse and/or request the removal of any guest (ticket holder) who doesn't follow safety guidelines and procedures without any compensation.

• SAFF reserves the right to refuse your entry to and/or eject you from the event and/or venue in reasonable circumstances including without limitation (a) if you behave in a manner which has or is likely to affect the enjoyment of other persons at the event, (b) if You use or display threatening, abusive or insulting words or mannerisms or behave in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace, (c) if, in SAFF’ reasonable opinion, you appear to be acting under the influence of alcohol or drugs, (d) if you fail when required to have a proof of identity or age, (e) if you refuse to comply with security searches, (f) if your ticket is void (g) or if you breach any terms and conditions mentioned in this document.

SAFF  team has the right to update the terms and conditions at any time.
