Terms and Conditions – Qumra Exhibition Entry Ticket By purchasing this ticket, you agree to all terms, conditions, and restrictions set by the organizer before and during the event: 1. A separate ticket must be purchased for each individual (adults and children aged 5 years and above).

2. Children under 5 years old are admitted free of charge.

3. Ticket prices are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of cancellation by the organizer.

4. Tickets may not be resold or used for commercial purposes without the organizer’s written consent.

5. If the event is canceled by the organizer, only the ticket value will be refunded, with no additional compensation.

6. The organizer reserves the right to modify the event date, time, program, content, or participants without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

7. The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the event date, time, and location and must arrive early. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to late arrivals without refund.

8. Re-entry is not permitted once the venue has been exited.

9. Entry is subject to venue capacity. The organizer reserves the right to close the gates once maximum capacity is reached.

10. The organizer or security authorities have the right to search persons and belongings upon entry. Any prohibited, dangerous, or unlawful items will be confiscated.

11. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or remove any person for security reasons or inappropriate behavior without refund.

12. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.

13. Pets are not allowed.

14. Smoking is prohibited except in designated areas.

15. The organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property within the event venue or surrounding parking areas.

16. Attendance is at the visitor’s own risk. The organizer bears no responsibility for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from attendance or participation in related activities.

17. The event may include car display areas, construction installations, sports activities, or specialized equipment. Visitors are responsible for adhering to all safety instructions.

18. In the case of outdoor activities, the event will proceed regardless of weather conditions unless otherwise decided by the organizer.

19. In cases of force majeure (such as government decisions, emergencies, or natural disasters), the organizer may cancel or postpone the event without obligation for compensation beyond the ticket value.

20. By attending, visitors consent to the use of photographs, videos, and recordings taken of them for media or marketing purposes without compensation.

21. Professional photography, commercial broadcasting, or the use of advanced filming equipment is prohibited without official authorization from the exhibition management.

22. All attendees must comply with public morals and the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

23. Any complaints must be submitted via the official email within 3 days of the event date.
