Saudi Cup 2027 | General Admission

Tickets:

All General Admission and Hospitality Restaurant are non-refundable. Only exceptions are if:

- System Issues (wrong ticket description/Information).

- Payment Issues (the guest paid more than the advertised ticket price at the time of the booking.

1. Each ticket is valid for one-time entry only and must be presented electronically at the entrance gates.

2. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any person who violates the event rules or disrupts the safety or enjoyment of others.

3. All attendees must comply with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and all venue rules.

4. A valid National ID, Residency Permit (Iqama), or Passport may be requested to verify ticket ownership or age upon entry.

5. Children under 5 years of age are admitted free of charge. Children aged 5 years and above must hold a valid ticket for the applicable category.

6. Tickets may not be resold, transferred for commercial purposes, or used for unauthorized promotional activities. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel any ticket that has been resold or transferred in violation of these terms.

7. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless otherwise announced by the Organizer.

8. All attendees are subject to security screening. Prohibited or hazardous items are not permitted inside the venue.

9. By attending the event, ticket holders consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and grant the Organizer the right to use such material for promotional or media purposes without compensation.

10. The Organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

11. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, postpone, or cancel any part of the event when necessary, in accordance with the applicable event policies.

12. All entrance gates will close 30 minutes prior to the start of the final race. Entry will not be permitted after the gates have been closed.
