Your booking of this ticket confirms your agreement to all the terms and conditions and compliance with the regulations of the organizing entity before or during the event

Terms and Conditions Related to the Event:

Special Ticket Conditions: 1. The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the date, time, and location of the event. 2. Reselling the ticket is strictly prohibited. 3. The ticket is valid for entry to the "Traditional Art Festival" and Poetry Evenings.

Special Conditions for Attending the Event: 1. The ticket holder, as an attendee at the event venue, agrees to the photographs, videos, and audio recordings that may be published online. 2. Bringing food and beverages from outside the event is prohibited. 3. Animals are not allowed. 4. Smoking is prohibited throughout the event and its facilities. 5. The entry of books, banners, and similar items (such as posters, newspapers, political slogans, flags) is prohibited. 6. The entry of photography and video cameras is prohibited. 7. Any item deemed dangerous or potentially harmful to the venue or the event by the organizing entity or security will be confiscated.

General Conditions: 1. Acknowledgment and adherence to the public decorum regulations. 2. The organizing entity is not responsible for bodily injuries, illnesses, or deaths of any visitor (including the ticket holder) or loss or damage to belongings for reasons arising from or related to the event. 3. The organizing entity reserves the right to remove anyone whose behavior is considered by the organizing entity to be inappropriate.

Terms & Conditions for Interactive Stage

Registration & Booking *To participate in the Performing Arts Experience, please head to the event venue where our team will be available to answer all your inquiries and provide you with full details and schedules. * Spots are limited per performance

Attendance & Commitment * Participants must arrive at least 1 hour before the performance begins for preparation * Full attendance throughout the performance is mandatory; withdrawal after the performance begins is not permitted

Dress Code * Traditional Saudi attire appropriate to the specific art form is required * Participation in inappropriate or non-traditional attire will not be permitted * Details on required attire for each art form are available upon registration

Performance & Conduct * All participants are under the supervision of certified trainers throughout preparation and performance * Instructions from trainers and the organizing team must be followed at all times * Improvisation or deviation from the designated performance is not permitted without prior trainer approval * Any behavior that disrupts the flow of the performance or affects fellow participants is strictly prohibited

Photography & Documentation * Participants may be filmed as part of the official event documentation * Participation implies implicit consent to use recorded content for festival promotional purposes * Personal photography or filming while on stage during the performance is not permitted

General * Festival management reserves the right to decline or suspend participation without providing reasons * Participants are solely responsible for any personal belongings brought to the venue * These terms are considered accepted upon completion of registration
