Terms of Exchange The ticket has not been used. The full order must be changed, and not only a part of the order. Exchange requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event start time. In the case of price difference between the existing and new ticket, the ticket holder is responsible for payment of any difference in price between tickets. Only a single exchange is permitted. Terms of Refund In the condition that the event is canceled, postponed, or event date changed, the payment will be refunded within 14 days or more according to the payment method used when booking. No refunds will be issued after the event start time. Refund requests must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the event start time. If a refund is requested due to a medical condition, a copy of the medical report must be provided. If a refund is requested due to a flight cancellation or postponement, a copy of the flight reservation must be provided.
