Chapter 26

These Terms & Conditions apply to all attendees of the event organized by Chapter 26, Sakifah Company,Unlimited Creativity Company, and their authorized partners (“Organizer”). By purchasing a ticket,registering for, or entering the Event, the attendee agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Tickets, refunds, and exchanges Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except whererequired by applicable laws and regulations or where expressly approved in writing by the Organizer.

2. Admission and age requirements Attendees must comply with the stated age category and any entryrequirements shown on the ticket or Event communications. The Organizer may refuse entry to any personwho does not meet these requirements, without compensation, except where required by law.

3. Proof of identity The Organizer may request a valid official identification document to verify theattendee’s identity, age, ticket ownership, or eligibility to enter the Event.

4. Lost or damaged items Tickets, wristbands, gaming cards, personal belongings, and any other Eventaccess items are the responsibility of the attendee. Lost, stolen, damaged, or misused items may not bereplaced or compensated for, except where required by law.

5. Re-entry Once an attendee has fully exited the Event venue, re-entry is not permitted unless the attendeeholds a new valid ticket or has received written authorization from the Organizer.

6. Changes to the Event and Terms The Organizer may, where reasonably necessary, amend Eventschedules, programs, activities, venue arrangements, capacity controls, and these Terms & Conditions,subject to applicable laws and licence requirements. Any exception to these Terms is valid only if approvedin writing by an authorized representative of the Organizer, including by official email or WhatsApp message.

7. Compliance with staff instructions Attendees must follow the reasonable instructions of Eventorganizers, security personnel, venue staff, and other authorized on-site personnel to protect safety,security, and orderly operations.

8. Capacity, crowd control, and time limits To maintain safety, capacity, and the quality of the Eventexperience, the Organizer may regulate access to zones, activities, and seating areas, and may require anattendee to leave an area or the Event where necessary.

 Entering or attempting to enter a restricted or unauthorized zone without the required access permission;

 Remaining at the Event for more than two (2) hours, where the ticketed experience is designed for atwo-hour visit;

 Exception: attendees holding eligible game refill access, theatre tickets, or VIP tickets may remain for upto three (3) hours, subject to capacity, operational requirements, and the terms of their ticket.

9. Public conduct and compliance with Saudi laws All attendees must comply with Islamic values, publicdecency requirements, venue rules, and all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Attendees must behave respectfully toward others at all times.

10. Harassment, disruption, and prohibited conduct The Organizer may refuse entry or remove, withoutcompensation, any attendee who causes disruption, harassment, intimidation, abuse, violence, damage,unsafe behavior, or any conduct that affects the safety, dignity, comfort, or enjoyment of others. TheOrganizer may report suspected violations to the relevant authorities and cooperate with officialinvestigations as required by law.

11. Dress code and public decency Attendees must wear clothing that is appropriate and compliant withpublic decency standards, Saudi laws, venue requirements, and the nature of the Event. The Organizer mayrefuse entry or remove an attendee who does not comply, without compensation, subject to applicable law.

12. Safety and security measures Security checks may be carried out at entry or during the Event. TheOrganizer may refuse prohibited, dangerous, illegal, or inappropriate items and may refuse entry or removeany person whose conduct presents a safety or security concern. Attendees must not bring weapons, illegalsubstances, hazardous materials, or any item prohibited by law, the venue, or the Organizer.

13. Photography, filming, and recordings Photography, video recording, livestreaming, and audiorecording may take place at the Event. By entering the Event, attendees acknowledge that they may appearin photographs, videos, or recordings. Subject to applicable Saudi laws and required permissions, Chapter26, Sakifah Company, Unlimited Creativity Company, and their authorized partners may use Event contentfor documentation, promotional, marketing, and social-media purposes.

14. Personal data and marketing communications Personal data will be collected, used, stored, andshared only as permitted under applicable Saudi data-protection laws and regulations. Where required, theOrganizer will obtain the attendee’s consent before using personal data for marketing, promotionalcommunications, surveys, or evaluations. Attendees may exercise their data-privacy rights through thecontact method stated in the Event privacy notice.

15. Liability Attendees participate in Event activities at their own reasonable risk and must take appropriatecare of themselves and their belongings. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannotbe excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Emergency situations In an emergency, attendees must follow the instructions of security staff,organizers, venue personnel, and relevant government authorities. The Organizer may suspend, delay,alter, or evacuate the Event where necessary for safety, security, weather, operational, or regulatoryreasons.

17. Governing law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations applicable in theKingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute shall be handled in accordance with the competent authorities andcourts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
