General Rules

1. Player Responsibility in Case of Injury:

   • Injuries caused during the experience (e.g., collision, running, slipping, sliding, or shoving) are the player’s responsibility.

2. Interaction with Actors and Tools:

   • Do not touch actors or tools.

   • Certain actors may touch or hold guests during specific experiences, which will be clarified beforehand.

3. Behavior Guidelines:

   • No running, pushing, or pulling during the experience.

   • Smoking, vaping, or using open flames is strictly prohibited.

   • Carrying sharp tools is not allowed.

4. Health and Safety Restrictions:

   • Guests with medical conditions such as heart disease, asthma, high blood pressure, epilepsy, or any chronic illnesses affected by intermittent lights, fog, or loud noises are not allowed to enter.

   • Pregnant women are not permitted.

   • It is not recommended for children under 7 years of age to participate.

5. Staff Instructions:

   • Guests must follow all instructions provided by the experience staff.

Photography and Media

1. Media Consent:

   • Photos and videos may be taken during the experience for promotional purposes on social media and other platforms.

   • By entering the venue, you consent to being photographed and recorded for these purposes.

Ticketing Policies

1. Ticket Rules:

   • Every attendee must purchase a separate ticket (adult/child above 5 years old).

   • Tickets are non-refundable.

   • Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.

2. Event Changes:

   • In case of event cancellation, postponement, or date changes by the organizer, the ticket price will be refunded.

3. Event Entry:

   • It is the ticket holder’s responsibility to check the event date, time, location, and age restrictions.

   • Early arrival is required. Late entries may be refused without the right to claim a refund or compensation.

4. Re-entry Policy:

   • Once you leave the venue, re-entry is not allowed.

Venue Policies

1. Security and Searches:

   • All ticket holders and their belongings are subject to search upon entry.

   • Prohibited or dangerous items will be confiscated, including those deemed a security risk or likely to interfere with the event.

2. Food and Beverages:

   • Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food trucks will be available at the venue.

3. Animal Policy:

   • Animals are not allowed on the premises.

4. Smoking Policy:

   • Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited except in designated smoking areas.

5. Organizer Liability:

   • The organizer is not liable for bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor, or for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

Behavior and Cultural Adherence

1. Code of Conduct:

   • Guests must adhere to public behavior rules that align with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

   • The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in inappropriate behavior.

Complaints

1. Complaint Submission:

   • Complaints must be submitted via the "Tarfeeh Portal" (cx.gea.gov.sa) within 3 days of the incident.
