• Players with the following conditions are not permitted to play (Pregnant women - back injuries - neck injuries - vertebral injuries in general - heart disease - high blood pressure - joint diseases - prosthetics - any recent surgery).

Disclosure of children suffering from autism, Down syndrome, or any other mental illness.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Smoking, alcohol, or drugs are not permitted.

• Dangers tools are not permitted.

I understand that:

• I undertake and accept responsibility for looking after myself and other players carefully at all times. And I must follow the rules.

• I must play safely and avoid engaging in risky behavior that tend to (injury, death, or any equipment damage). And if something happens, I am the person responsible, and Malahi is not willing to take responsibility for any things caused by me.

• I am responsible for any disruptive activities in the facility, machines, or games caused by me or other players with me.

• I understand that employees at Malahi are human and may make unintentional mistakes, so in this case, I hereby waive my right to a future claim in the event of death or injury entirely against Malahi or its members, employees, agents, directors, or related persons.

• Players are fully liable in this regard for any fictitious claims, deaths, injuries, or manipulation of public or company-owned property. In the event of personal or public damage, the player or his or her family must pay all financial damages and fees incurred as a result of the case. Similarly, to bear the Company's indemnification for any losses incurred.

• Malahi has my permission to contact me by phone or email, and use my personal information for promotional purposes.

• Visitors or players are subject to follow Terms and Conditions, and Malahi are reserves the right to refuse or deny admission to any visitor and players.

• Malahi teams and management are free to reject and take action in response to any unacceptable behaviors. And they able to blacklist me from entering other branches.

• Players acknowledge that they must purchase socks and clothing from the branch because they are not permitted to enter play areas unless they do so.

• Malahi is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings of any players, as this is their responsibility.

• Malahi has the right to use recordings or photographs for advertising purposes.

• Malahi reserves my right to use my data for social media.

• I am aware that music and audio content are components of the entertainment games, and I do not have the right to claim or refund the amount of the ticket as a result of them.

• Malahi is permitted to have cameras inside and outside their branches for monitoring and safety, and Malahi are permitted to use them.

• In all branches, players must follow the instructors; disregard is not permitted.

• Laxity may cost a player his or her life, so it should be noted that Malahi are not responsible for the players' neglect.

• The Subscriber acknowledges that he/she is responsible for guidelines and safety during their stay in Malahi and that the Center disclaims all liability for any injuries or accidents that occur as a result of the participant's negligence and failure to hear the instructions and safety.

• Malahi is not responsible for any accident or injury in case of failure to follow the instructions or violation of the regulations.

• I know that I am unable to request Malahi to close camera security, music, or monitoring system.

• If players violate or circumvent the rules or ignore the operators, players have no right to a refund or make a claim. Players will be barred from playing and will be removed from the game immediately.

• Malahi welcomes and respects everyone in the community. and for that, Players and their guardians must be fully mentally and physically healthy for everyone's safety.

• In the event of a dispute between players or their families, Malahi disclaim all responsibility.

• Malahi that abdicates responsibility for natural disasters or risks that are beyond its control.

• I acknowledge that Malahi reserves the right to change the terms and conditions periodically to serve its development and improvement without prior reference or notice to any other party.

• The customer may be required to re-sign the disclaimer every 24 months.

• Any activity in each branch requires a certain height and weight therefore customers should inquire before payment.

Packages and deposit:

I fully understand that:

• Buy packages at branch or online are not refundable under any situations.

• A fee of 5 SAR should be paid at the branch for each card.

• Personal information, age, price, and packages must be correct before purchase; otherwise, tickets and packages will not be refunded.

• Any weekday booking change costs 45 SAR, and weekend booking changes cost 90 SAR.

• You must arrive on time to avoid a delay or cancellation; late arrivals will result in the booking expiring without compensation.

• Tickets or packages cannot be exchanged with someone else without the permission of the own persona.

• Malahi has the full right to seek compensation beginning at 500 SAR in the event of any breakage or damage inside or outside the property.

● Malahi reserves the right to change prices, times, and offers at any time.

● It is against the law to record or photograph others without their permission.

● It is not permitted to bring any type of camera into the play area.

● Players must not wear thoub or abaya because they are unsafe for games.

● Players should remove any accessories that may endanger or injure them or others.

● It is illegal to wear clothing with images or phrases that are offensive to local society
