By purchasing this ticket, you agree to all terms, conditions, and restrictions that may be set by the organizer before or during the event:

• Admission is permitted only during the time period specified on the ticket.

• Children aged 8 and under enter free of charge and must be present in the designated children's area.

• A separate ticket must be purchased for each individual.

• Ticket prices are non-refundable.

• Reselling tickets is strictly prohibited.

• In the event of cancellation, postponement, or a change of the event date by the organizer, the ticket value will be refunded.

• The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the event date, time, location, and age restriction. Ticket holders must arrive early to the event site. The organizer has the right to refuse entry to latecomers, and in such cases, the ticket holder is not entitled to claim a refund of the ticket price or request compensation of any kind.

• Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the building.

• Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be searched upon entering the event site. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated, as will any item the organizer or security personnel at the event site deem dangerous or capable of causing damage to the venue or disrupting the event.

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Food and beverage carts will be provided inside the event.

• Animals are not allowed.

• The use of professional photography and recording equipment is not permitted at the event site.

• The ticket holder, as an attendee at the event venue, consents to photographs, videos, and audio recordings being taken, which may be used in print, electronic formats, or published online.

• Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are only permitted in designated smoking areas. Their use in all other areas is strictly prohibited, and the organizer reserves the right to take necessary action, including removing violators from the venue.

• Lighters and matches are also not allowed inside the venue, except in designated smoking areas.

• The organizer is not responsible for physical injuries, illnesses, or the death of any visitor (including the ticket holder), or for the loss or damage of personal belongings arising from or related to the event.

• The organizer has the right to remove anyone whose behavior is deemed inappropriate by the organizer.

• Adherence to public decorum guidelines in line with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is required.

• In the event of a complaint, it must be submitted to "Ehtemam" via Email ([email protected]) within a maximum of 3 days.

• Children under the age of 8 must remain in the designated Kids Area and are not permitted to sit in any other seating areas.

• This is an admission ticket only. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and the organizer is not responsible for reserving or guaranteeing seats.

• Adhere to modest attire.

• General guidelines and dress codes must be observed according to the Public Decorum Regulation. These controls include:

  • Outfits must not be transparent, match skin color, or be tight enough to show body details.

  • Do not wear clothes bearing phrases, pictures, or shapes that violate modesty or public decorum, or show tattoos contrary to public decorum.

  • Do not wear outfits with phrases, images, or shapes that incite racism or bigotry, or promote the use of illicit substances or pornography.

  • Do not wear underwear, sleepwear, or similar garments.

  • Clothing must not be tight around sensitive areas. If a performance requires tight clothing, the sensitive area must be covered with extra fabric from the front and back to ensure it is not visible.

  • For women, clothing length must be below the knee.

  • For women, sleeves must cover the chest, back, and shoulders.

  • Do not wear inappropriate clothing. Dress codes are subject to the model specified in the Public Decorum Regulation pursuant to Ministerial Resolution (10166) of the Ministry of Interior.
