The organizer accepts no liability for any loss, theft, or damage.• All attendees are subject to security screening upon entry.• Personal photography is permitted. Commercial photography, filming, or media coverage requires prior written approval from the organizer.• By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing, or media purposes without compensation.• All attendees must comply with the public decency regulations and applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.• The organizer shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from failure to comply with event rules or misuse of the venue or its facilities.• In the event of force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the organizer reserves the right to postpone, modify, or cancel the event.• The organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
