Policies & Notes

• Seating Policy

Tables are allocated on the day by the restaurant team.

Although we will do our best to allocate a table in your preferred area, we cannot confirm or guarantee your placement within the restaurant.

• Cancellations Policy:

Cancellations are available up to 24 Hrs prior to the reservation time.

The charge fees are not refundable if requested after the 24 Hrs deadline.

• Duration of Reservation:

Please note your table will be reserved for 2:30 hours from the time of the booking.

We have a 60 minutes no-show policy.

• Management reserves the right to refuse admission to guests dressed in shorts, flip-flops, sportswear, or any inappropriate outfit.

• Food from Outside: No food or beverage brought from outside the premises is permitted to be consumed in The Ritz-Carlton venues.
