Refund Policy Tickets are non-refundable after purchase. Event Changes or Cancellation The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule or cancel the event. In case of event cancellation, ticket holders will be notified and the approved refund policy will be applied accordingly. Ticket Transferability Tickets are transferable to other individuals throguh app only. Entry Requirements Attendees must comply with the age requirement (16 years and above) and any other conditions set by the organizer. Attendees may be required to present valid identification upon entry. Code of Conduct Attendees must acknowledge and adhere to the public decorum regulations. The organizer reserves the right to remove any individual who behaves inappropriately or disrupts the event. Liability and Disclaimer Attendance is at the individual’s own risk. The organizer is not liable for any injuries or accidents. By attending the event, participants waive any claims against the organizer. Lost or Stolen Tickets The organizer is not responsible for any lost or stolen tickets. Force Majeure The organizer is not liable for any unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances that may impact the event. In such cases, appropriate actions will be taken and attendees will be informed accordingly. Compliance with Laws Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Wristband Policy A wristband will be issued at entry and must be worn for the duration of the event. Entry or re-entry without the wristband is not permitted. Wristbands must not be removed or transferred to another person. Photography and Recording The use of professional cameras or video recording equipment is prohibited without prior authorization. The ticket holder, as an attendee of the event, agrees to the use of any photographs, video recordings, or audio clips taken during the event that may be published online.
