In purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions provided by the organizer before or during the event:

1. Every attendee below the age of 18 years old needs to be accompanied by an adult.

2. Children are allowed from the age of 9 years old and older.

3. The maximum allowed weight is 110 kg.

4. The minimum height allowed is 100 cm and the maximum is 190 cm.

5. Tickets prices are non-refundable.

6. Reservation is valid for one time only.

7. Reselling the ticket is strictly prohibited.

8. In case of event cancellation, postponing or changing the date by the event organizer, the ticket price will be refunded.

9. The ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the date, time, location, and the age restriction of the event. Early arrival is a must, and the organizer shall have the right to refuse any late entries and the ticket holder shall not have the right to claim for a refund of the ticket price or any compensation whatsoever.

10. Pregnant women or anyone suffering from chronic diseases (heart, asthma, epilepsy) are not allowed to participate. The game contains sudden flashes and noises. Also people with motion sickness, seasickness, dizziness or frequent headache. People with severe pain, problems with back, neck, or spine issues, who had recent surgery. People unable to set safely due to (physical/ mental disability).

11. All guests must strictly follow the instructions of the experience guide at all times.
