General Terms and Conditions for the Acquisition and Use of Tickets (GTC-Tickets)

1. Any use of a Ticket and any admission into the Stadium are subject to these GTC_Tickets and any regulation or decision issued by competent authorities (the "Authorities"), including the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (the FRMF), the police authorities, and the owner of the Stadium.

2. The GTC_Tickets are available only on our website in French and Arabic versions. In the event of discrepancy between the different language versions of the General Terms and Conditions for the Acquisition and Use of Tickets, the French version shall prevail under Applicable Law.

3. The Ticket constitutes a revocable authorization and may not be used by the purchaser and/or their companions for promotional or commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the FRMF. In such case and in addition to available legal recourse, the Authorities reserve the right to cancel and/or demand the return of the Ticket, refuse admission or expel a person from the Stadium if acting in violation of these Terms, and this without any refund.

4. The Ticket holder assumes responsibility and waives any claim against the Authorities for any injury, loss or damage suffered in connection with the Match, unless it results from intentional misconduct or gross negligence of the Authorities.

5. Except for private use, the Ticket holder is prohibited from recording, transmitting and/or distributing by any means and through any media any image, sound, text or description of the Match result.

6. The Ticket holder is deemed to have given their irrevocable consent to the recording and free, unlimited in time and worldwide use by the FRMF and/or its delegates, of their personal data, voice, and image (as captured during ticket purchase and/or the Match), on any existing or future medium, including photographic or video, live or delayed.

7. Ticket sales are final. The Authorities may only issue a refund under certain circumstances or as required by applicable laws. The Ticket cannot be replaced in cases of loss, destruction, or theft.

8. For security purposes, the Ticket holder must comply with directives from the Authorities, including cooperating for identity verification and/or body searches. It is prohibited to bring into the Stadium: any illicit substance, any beverage (alcoholic or not), any food, any weapon, explosive, flammable or volatile substance, bottles, containers, sharp or blunt objects, or any item that could serve as a projectile or endanger the safety of others. Similarly, any political, ideological, religious or advertising signs and/or banners are strictly prohibited.

9. The Spectator is informed that for their safety, the Stadium may be equipped with a video surveillance system controlled by the Authorities, and images may be used for judicial purposes.

10. The Authorities reserve the right to modify at any time the date, time, and venue of the Match in case of unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure and/or security. In such case, the Ticket holder will receive, to the extent possible, a ticket of the same category. In case of Match cancellation, the Ticket holder will be refunded the nominal value of the Ticket (excluding service fees). A Ticket is deemed void if falsified, altered, or reported stolen.

11. Every Ticket holder must behave decently and wear proper attire.

12. Access to the Stadium is conditioned by presenting a valid ticket for all spectators, including children of any age.

13. Assigned Seating: Every ticket holder must sit in the seat assigned to them as indicated on their ticket. Failing that, security personnel may take necessary measures, including expulsion from the Stadium without any compensation.

14. Any Ticket holder under the age of 18 may not access the Stadium entrance unless accompanied by an adult Ticket holder.

15. If any provision of these GTC_Tickets is declared unenforceable or void by a court or other competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

16. These GTC-Tickets are governed exclusively by Moroccan law (the Applicable Law).

17. Any dispute related to the use of the Ticket shall be subject to an amicable claim by the concerned ticket holder with the FRMF, before any proceedings before the competent courts, which are exclusively the courts of Rabat (Kingdom of Morocco).
