Tickets: Tickets are non-cancellable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable at the participant’s request once the booking has been completed. No refund shall be due in the event of non-attendance, late arrival, withdrawal, or removal from the experience due to a breach of instructions, unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations. Requests for cancellation or amendment must be submitted through the approved customer service channels in accordance with the policy and timeframes specified at the time of booking. If the agreed service cannot be provided, the customer will be offered either an equivalent alternative service at no additional cost or a refund of the amounts paid, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Wallet credit may also be offered with the customer’s consent.
