By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and any additional rules communicated by the organizer before or during the event.

Tickets

Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket, and every attendee must hold a separate ticket. Tickets are non-refundable, except if the event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer, in which case the ticket price will be refunded. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to confirm the event's date, time, location, and age restriction in advance. The minimum age for entry is 15.

Event Details & Schedule

Gates open at 8:00 PM, with the event starting at 9:00 PM. Please arrive early — the organizer may refuse late entry, and no refund or compensation will be given in such cases. Once you leave the venue, re-entry is not permitted. The organizer reserves the right to adjust the event's start time, running order, or performing artists (while keeping the main advertised artist and the event's date and venue) for operational or artistic reasons; such changes do not constitute a cancellation and do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

Security & Prohibited Items

All attendees and belongings are subject to search upon entry. Weapons, dangerous items, laser pointers, fireworks, and any item deemed a security risk will be confiscated. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, and the use of lighters or matches are strictly prohibited except in designated smoking areas. Outside food and beverages, professional cameras, video equipment, drones, and selfie sticks are not permitted without organizer approval; food trucks will be available on site. Animals are not allowed.

Conduct & Dress Code

Attendees must follow venue rules and staff instructions at all times. The organizer may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving inappropriately, disturbing other guests, or acting contrary to public taste. All attendees are required to comply with the Kingdom's Public Decency Regulations, including modest dress standards (non-transparent, non-form-revealing clothing; no offensive or inappropriate imagery or text; appropriate coverage and length as set out in Ministerial Resolution No. 10166).

Media & Liability

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and media use. The organizer is not liable for injury, illness, death, or loss of/damage to personal belongings arising from attendance, except as required by law.
