Ticket Terms & Conditions (RACE PASS AND DRIVERS' CLUB)

1. Ticket Access and Ownership

Entry to the Aramco Saudi Arabian F4 Championship is paid event.

Tickets are non-transferable and must not be sold, exchanged, or used for commercial or promotional purposes.

All attendees must present a valid Race Pass ticket or digital entry confirmation at the entrance to access the venue.

2. Entry and Conduct

All visitors must comply with event regulations, safety instructions, and directions issued by ALTAWKILAT Motorsport, event organizers, and marshals.

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive.

Spectators must remain in public viewing areas and are prohibited from entering restricted or operational zones, including the track and north paddock.

3. Ticket Use

Tickets are issued for crowd management and security purposes and do not grant any additional privileges beyond Race Pass access.

The ticket or QR code must be presented upon request by event staff or security personnel.

Lost or damaged digital confirmations will not be reissued; entry is subject to gate verification.

4. Event Schedule and Changes

The event schedule, race timings, and driver participation are subject to change without prior notice.

In case of schedule changes, delays, or weather-related interruptions, ALTAWKILAT Motorsport will make reasonable efforts to communicate updates through official channels.

No compensation or refund will be provided.

5. Safety and Prohibited Items

For everyone’s safety, the following items are not permitted inside the venue: fireworks, weapons, glass containers, illegal substances, drones, or unauthorized recording equipment.

Visitors must follow all safety signs and instructions from marshals and event staff at all times.

Any dangerous behavior, including climbing barriers or entering restricted areas, is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the venue.

6. Media and Promotion

By attending the event, spectators acknowledge and agree that photos, videos, or recordings taken during the event may include their image and can be used by ALTAWKILAT Motorsport and event partners for promotional purposes without compensation.

7. General Terms

ALTAWKILAT Motorsport reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Attendance at the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

All attendees must respect local laws, customs, and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while attending the event.

The organizer accepts no liability for bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including ticket holder) and/or loss of or damage to personal effects arising out of or in connection with the event.
