Any item that the organizer or venue security personnel consider a security risk or that may be used to damage the venue or interfere with the event will be confiscated. - All prices are inclusive of VAT. - Each person shall be liable for any damage that they may cause within the venue. - No professional cameras and video recorders are permitted at the venue for unauthorized persons. - Adherence to organizers' directives and follow their guidelines during your journey within the event. - No food or drinks are allowed to enter the site. - The event includes an area for food and drinks. We recommend checking the ingredients of each dish to avoid any allergies or sensitivities. - The venue provides full accessibility for people with special needs. If the event is canceled, postponed, or changed the date of the event by the organizer: - The ticket value is returned as a balance in the customer's e-wallet with the service provider. - The customer has the right to use the balance to purchase a new ticket for the same event or any other event provided by the service provider. - You must use the balance within the period set by the service provider.
