By purchasing this ticket, you agree to all terms, conditions, and restrictions imposed by the organizer before or during the event: A separate ticket must be purchased for each individual (adult / child). Entry is permitted for guests aged 12 years and above. Ticket prices are non-refundable. Reservations will be cancelled if the guest is late by more than 5 minutes. Each booking is valid for one-time entry only. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or change of the event date by the organizer, the ticket value will be refunded. The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the event date, time, location, and age requirements. Guests must arrive early; the organizer reserves the right to deny entry to late arrivals, in which case no refund or compensation will be granted. Participation is not permitted for pregnant women or individuals with chronic medical conditions such as heart disease, asthma, or epilepsy. The experience includes flashing lights and sudden loud sounds. A liability waiver must be signed on-site before entry. Re-entry is not permitted once the participant exits the building. Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be subject to security inspection upon entry. Prohibited or dangerous items will be confiscated if deemed unsafe by the organizer or security authorities. Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Animals are not permitted inside the venue. The use of professional photography or recording equipment is not allowed at the venue. By attending the event, ticket holders consent to the use of photographs, video recordings, and audio recordings for printed, electronic, or online publication purposes. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building, including electronic cigarettes. Lighters and matches are also prohibited, except in designated smoking areas. The organizer shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal belongings arising from or related to participation in the event. The organizer reserves the right to remove any person whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or in violation of the event rules. Guests must comply with public decency regulations in accordance with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any complaints must be submitted to the Entertainment Portal by visiting (cx.gea.gov.sa) within a maximum of 3 days from the date of the incident.
