Palm Fitness Club – Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Fees

All membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been completed.

2. Membership Eligibility

Membership is available only to individuals who are sixteen (16) years of age or older.

Palm Fitness Club reserves the right to request valid identification to verify a member's age at any time.

Members under the age of eighteen (18) may be required to provide parental or legal guardian consent in accordance with applicable laws and club policies.

3. Membership Activation

Members must activate their membership within fifteen (15) days from the date of purchase.

Failure to activate the membership within this period will result in the membership being automatically activated on the sixteenth (16th) day.

The membership validity period shall commence from the activation date, whether activated by the member or automatically by the system.

4. Force Majeure

Palm Fitness Club shall not be held liable for any modification, interruption, postponement, or cancellation of services due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public health emergencies, power outages, or other force majeure events.

5. Compliance with Club Policies

By entering the club premises, members and guests agree to comply with all club rules, policies, safety requirements, and instructions issued by management and staff.

6. Management Rights

Palm Fitness Club reserves the right to amend operating hours, facilities, classes, services, and membership policies at its sole discretion.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a membership, making a reservation, or using the club facilities, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
