General Terms 

By purchasing or using a ticket for this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions: 

1. This ticket is valid only for the specific date, time, and event printed on the ticket. It permits entrance for one person only. 

2. The ticket is non-refundable, and non-exchangeable except under specific circumstances outlined in the refund policy section.  

3. Tickets may not be resold or transferred for a value greater than the original purchase price. Any tickets found to be resold at a higher price will be canceled without refund. 

4. The event organizer reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule, or change the event, advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements, and audience capacity at their sole discretion. 

Admission and Conduct 

1. Entry to the venue may be denied if any part of the ticket is altered, defaced, or removed. 

2. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject attendees who: 

   - Do not comply with these terms and conditions 

   - Do not possess a valid ticket 

   - Possess a ticket sold or used in violation of these terms 

   - Present a risk to health, safety, security, or public order 

3. Re-admission is strictly prohibited. Once you enter the venue through the allocated gates, you may not leave and re-enter. 

4. Ticket holders must arrive early. The organizer has the right to refuse admittance to late attendees up to one hour before the event begins, without refund or compensation. 

5. Attendees must comply with all Saudi laws and regulations, as well as venue-specific rule 

Prohibited Items and Behavior 

1. Ticket holders must not bring or possess any items on the list of prohibited items, including but not limited to: 

   - Lighters and cigarettes 

   - Sharp items 

   - Animals 

   - Outside food and beverages 

 2. The use of equipment for recording or transmitting audio, visual, or audio-visual material within the venue is strictly forbidden. Such equipment may be confiscated. 

3. Attendees must adhere to an appropriate and modest dress code for public spaces, refraining from wearing shorts or sleeveless shirts 

Liability and Responsibility 

1. The event organizer, venue operators, and other involved parties are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to a ticket holder's personal property. 

2. Ticket holders are entirely responsible for verifying the date, time, and place of the event, as well as any restrictions on access. 

3. The organizer is not responsible for refunding tickets if entry is denied due to failure to meet restrictions, possession of illegal substances, or illegal conduct. 

4. The organisers, their employees, contractors or agents will not be liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to any Visitor arising out of their use of tickets, save for: 

(i) death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the organisers, their employees, contractors or agents; and 

(ii) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable laws.  

Refund Policy  

Refunds will only be provided under the following circumstances: 

1. If the event is canceled for any reason. 

2. In case of a force majeure event, including but not limited to severe weather conditions, natural disasters, war, government actions, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the organizer's control. 

 3. If the event is postponed. In this case, the original ticket may be used for the rescheduled date. 

4. If the venue changes to a location significantly different from the original planned venue. 

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the event date. 

Privacy and Media 

1. Attendees irrevocably consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded at the event. This material may be used for commercial distribution without payment or copyright. 

2. By attending the event, you agree to comply with all Saudi laws and regulations. 

 The event organizer reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. It is the ticket holder's responsibility to review the most current version of the terms and conditions before attending the event.
