• Registration through the webook.com platform is required to attend the event.

• General Admission tickets are valid only for the date specified on the ticket.

• Equestrian Museum tickets are complimentary and require prior registration through webook.com.

• A maximum of five (5) tickets may be booked per transaction.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the venue.

• Visitors must comply with all venue rules, regulations, and instructions issued by the organiser.

• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or in violation of venue regulations.

• Ticket holders are responsible for reviewing all booking details and event information prior to completing their purchase or registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• All tickets purchased through webook.com are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the booking has been completed.

• Refund requests may only be considered in the following cases:

* Technical issues resulting in incorrect ticket information or misleading ticket descriptions.

* Payment issues resulting in duplicate charges or amounts exceeding the ticket value.

• All refund requests are subject to review and approval by the organiser and the ticketing platform.
