Terms and Conditions of the Ticket: - In purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions provided by the organizer before or during the event: - Children's Admission: Admission is free for children under one year old. A ticket must be purchased for each individual (adult/child over one year old). - Ticket prices are non-refundable. - If the ticket is sold outside the Webook platform, the ticket will be cancelled without a refund. - In case the sporting event is cancelled or rescheduled due to legal, security, natural disasters, or any other reasons beyond our control, tickets will be valid for the new date set by the relevant authorities. - The ticket holder is responsible for checking the date, time, and location of the event, as well as any age restrictions. Ticket holders must arrive early to the event venue. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers; in such cases, the ticket holder will not be entitled to a refund or compensation. - Once you leave the venue, re-entry is not allowed. Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be searched upon entry to the event. Prohibited or dangerous items, as well as any item deemed hazardous or disruptive by the event organizer or security staff, will be confiscated. - Complaints must be submitted within 7 business days after the event. Requests submitted beyond this period will not be reviewed. - No outside food or beverages are allowed. Food and drink vendors will be available inside the event. - No pets are allowed. - Professional recording and photography equipment is not allowed at the event venue. - The ticket holder, by attending the event, agrees to the use of photographs, video, and audio recordings that may be used as prints, electronic copies, or published on the internet. Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the venue. Lighters and matches are also not allowed inside the venue except in designated smoking areas. - The organizer is not responsible for any physical injuries, illnesses, or death of any visitor (including ticket holders) or for the loss or damage of personal belongings due to or related to the event. - The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone who, in the organizer's opinion, misbehaves. - Attendees must adhere to public decency standards in line with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. - The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or ask supporters of opposing teams to leave if they enter the wrong team's fan section in the stadium. Please note that no refund or compensation will be given in such cases. Fans who have booked seats in a specific section based on their chosen team must wear apparel that exclusively supports their selected team. It is important to note that entry will be denied to individuals violating this policy by wearing the opposing team's apparel.
