RSL 26/27 - Al Taawoun vs Al Qadsiah

By purchasing this ticket, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions and to comply with any additional terms or restrictions that may be set by the organizer before or during the event:

1. Child Admission: Free entry for children under 1 year old.

2. Individual Tickets: Each person (adult or child over 1 year old) must purchase a separate ticket.

3. Refund Policy: Ticket prices are non-refundable.

4. Resale: If the ticket is sold outside of the Webook platform, it will be canceled without any refund.

5. Cancellation or Rescheduling of the Event: If the event is canceled or rescheduled for legal reasons, security, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control, tickets will be subject to modification as directed by the event organizer. Customers will be officially notified of the new dates.

6. Attendance Responsibility: Ticket holders are responsible for verifying the date, time, location, and age requirements of the event. Early arrival is required, and the organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to latecomers without refund or compensation

7. Re-entry: Once you leave the site, re-entry is not permitted.

8. Security Check: All attendees and their belongings may be subject to search. Any prohibited or dangerous materials, or any item deemed by the organizer or security to be a threat, will be confiscated.

9. Food and Beverages: Outside food or beverages are not permitted. Food carts will be available on-site.

10. Animals: No pets are allowed.

11. Professional Photography: Professional cameras or recording devices are prohibited.

12. Photographs and Recordings: Ticket holders agree that they may be photographed or recorded and that such material may be used in print or electronic media, including the Internet.

13. Smoking: Smoking, including e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited. The use of lighters and matches is also prohibited except in designated smoking areas.

14. Liability: The organizer assumes no liability for injury, illness, death, or loss/damage to property arising out of or in connection with the event.

15. Behavior: The organizer reserves the right to remove any person who engages in inappropriate behavior at its discretion.

16. Public Taste and Cultural Values: Adherence to the rules of public taste in line with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is required.

17. Stadium Sections: The organizer maintains the right to reject access or eject supporters who enter the opposing team’s sections. No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.

18. Team Attire: Fans who have booked seats within a particular club section of the stadium must wear attire supporting only the team they selected. Entry will not be permitted to individuals wearing the opposing team’s apparel

19. Seat Changes or Cancellation: The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel seats as necessary. Such changes will always be made in the fan’s best interest to ensure the best possible experience inside the stadium.

20. Ticket price changes are determined solely by the event organizer. Refunds or compensation for price differences are not applicable unless officially requested and approved by the event organizer.

21. We are not responsible for any organizational issues related to the event, including (parking management, in-venue or stadium organization, or any shortcomings in venue management). Such matters remain the responsibility of the event organizer.
