Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In case of cancellation or rescheduling due to legal, security, or natural disaster reasons, or any circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, the tickets will remain valid for the new date determined by the relevant authorities. 2. Entry and Attendance Ticket Holder Responsibility: • Verify the event date, time, location, and age requirements before attending. • Arrive early to the event site. • The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to late arrivals without compensation or refund. Leaving the Venue: • Re-entry is not allowed once a person leaves the venue. • Exceptions apply for medical emergencies, subject to on-site organizer approval. Security Inspection: • Attendees and their personal belongings may be inspected upon entry. • Prohibited, dangerous, or unsafe items—at the discretion of the organizer or security—will be confiscated. 3. Prohibited Items Food and Beverages: • Outside food and drinks are not allowed; concessions are available inside the venue. Perfumes: • Perfume bottles are prohibited and will be disposed of upon entering. Animals: • Pets or any animals are not permitted inside the event. Photography and Recording: • Professional cameras or recording equipment are not allowed without prior approval. Smoking: • Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited except in designated areas. • Lighters and matches are only allowed in those designated areas. 4. Conduct and Responsibility Inappropriate Behavior: • The organizer reserves the right to remove anyone engaging in disorderly or inappropriate conduct. • All attendees must adhere to public decency standards consistent with the culture and values of Saudi Arabia. Safety and Liability: • The organizer is not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, death, or loss/damage to property arising from or related to attendance at the event. Photos and Videos: • Ticket holders consent to the use of their images, video, or audio recordings for documentation or publication purposes. 5. Spectators and Seating Team Fans: • The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone who does not comply with venue rules or regulations, without any obligation for refund or compensation. 6. Tickets for Persons with Disabilities Conditions: • These tickets are exclusively for individuals with mobility impairments. • A valid official card proving the mobility impairment must be presented upon entry. • Companions will only be allowed entry when accompanying the person with disability. • If the provided documents or information do not match, entry may be denied. • Tickets are limited and will be allocated based on application priority and acceptance. 7. Prices and Responsibilities Price Adjustment: • Only the organizer has the right to adjust ticket prices, whether by increase or decrease. Seat Changes: • The organizer may change reserved seats according to instructions or in emergencies. • If moved to a lower category, the customer will be contacted and compensated for any price difference, as per the approved policy. Organizational Responsibilities: Webook.com bears no responsibility for organizational issues such as: • Parking mismanagement. • Disorder in the event. • Any administrative errors during the event or championship. All such responsibilities rest solely with the event’s organizing entity.
