GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PURCHASE AND USE OF E-TICKETS Difaâ Hassani El Jadidi – WEEBOOK

Any holder of an electronic ticket (hereinafter the “E-Ticket”) to attend a match organized by Difaâ Hassani El Jadidi Football (the “Match”) in a stadium (the “Stadium”) is deemed to have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Use (GTCU) without reservation.

If the E-Ticket holder is a minor, their legal guardian is deemed to have read them.

The E-Ticket holder agrees to comply with the following conditions:

1. Access conditions Any use of an E-Ticket and entry into the Stadium are subject to these GTCU and to any regulations or decisions taken by the competent authorities (the “Authorities”), including DHJ, police authorities, and the Stadium owner.

2. Nature of the E-Ticket The E-Ticket is personal, dematerialized, and accessible only via the WeeBook.com mobile application. It must be presented exclusively on a mobile phone, through the WeeBook.com mobile application, at the time of access control. The E-Ticket holder must have a functional phone, charged and connected to the Internet. No other medium (screenshot, paper print, confirmation email, or other) will be accepted for entry to the Stadium.

3. Purchase confirmation The confirmation email received after purchase does not constitute a ticket and does not grant access to the Stadium. Only the E-Ticket available on the WeeBook.com mobile application is valid.

4. Use and restrictions The E-Ticket constitutes a revocable authorization. It may not be used for promotional or commercial purposes without prior written consent from DHJ. In case of violation, the Authorities may cancel the E-Ticket, deny access, or expel the holder without refund.

5. Liability DHJ shall not be held liable in the event of inability to access the E-Ticket due to issues with the user’s phone, lack of Internet connection, low battery, or improper use of WeeBook.com.

6. Sales policy All E-Ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in cases provided for by applicable law. The E-Ticket cannot be replaced in case of loss of access to the user account.

7. Security For security reasons, the E-Ticket holder must comply with the Authorities’ instructions, particularly regarding identity checks and/or searches. It is strictly prohibited to bring into the Stadium any illegal substances, drinks, food, weapons, dangerous objects, or any item that may pose a risk. Political, ideological, religious, or advertising signs are also prohibited.

8. Video surveillance Spectators are informed that the Stadium may be equipped with a video surveillance system under the control of the Authorities, and images may be used for judicial purposes.

9. Modification or cancellation of the Match The Authorities reserve the right to modify the date, time, or location of the Match in case of unforeseen circumstances. In case of cancellation, reimbursement will be made up to the nominal value of the E-Ticket, excluding service fees.

10. Seating The E-Ticket holder must occupy only the seat assigned to them. Failure to comply may result in expulsion without compensation.

11. Conduct The E-Ticket holder must behave respectfully and dress appropriately.

12. Minors Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult who also holds an E-Ticket.

13. Validity of clauses If any provision of these GTCU is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain applicable.

14. Applicable law These GTCU are governed by Moroccan law.

15. Disputes Any dispute must first be subject to an amicable resolution attempt with DHJ. Failing that, the competent courts are those of Casablanca (Kingdom of Morocco).
