1. Purpose

• These General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCS") define the terms applicable to the purchase, issuance, and use of tickets granting access to matches organized by the Club.

• Tickets are sold via WEBOOK, the Club's official ticketing platform.

• Purchasing a ticket implies full acceptance of these GTCS and the stadium's internal regulations.

1. Ticket Purchase

• Only the official WEBOOK ticketing platform is authorized by the Club to sell tickets.

• The Club reserves the right to set a maximum number of tickets that may be purchased per account.

• Any order exceeding authorized limits may be cancelled.

1. Ticket Validity and Access Conditions for Minors

• Each ticket is personal and valid for a single individual, for the specific match, date, stadium, stand, and category indicated on the ticket.

• A ticket must be purchased for any child aged 4 or older.

• Minors are prohibited from entering the stadium unless accompanied by their legal guardian.

• The ticket must be presented in digital format.

• Any ticket that is falsified, duplicated, altered, previously used, or obtained fraudulently will be considered invalid.

• A single ticket grants access to the stadium only once.

1. Stadium access, identity checks, and entry

• Access to the stadium is subject to security checks and procedures implemented by the Club, the stadium operator, and competent authorities.

• Identity verification (including FAN ID) may be required at the stadium entrance.

• Security personnel are authorized to conduct checks as prescribed by applicable regulations.

• The Club reserves the right to deny entry to or eject any person who cannot provide proof of identity/FAN ID, or whose behavior poses a security threat or violates stadium regulations.

1. Ticket transfer and resale

• Reselling tickets at a price higher than the official price, as well as any unauthorized commercial use of tickets, is strictly prohibited.

• The Club and/or the ticketing platform may cancel any ticket identified as having been resold or obtained through an unauthorized channel.

• Ticket transfers will be disabled 6 hours before kick-off.

1. Cancellation and refunds

• Unless otherwise provided by applicable regulations or a specific decision by the Club, purchased tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

• In the event of a match cancellation, the Club will communicate the terms regarding refunds or the continued validity of tickets.

• In the event of a match postponement, tickets may remain valid for the new date, subject to terms officially communicated by the Club.

• Service fees, transaction fees, or other applicable charges may be subject to specific refund conditions.

1. Prohibited items

For safety reasons, access to the stadium may be denied to persons in possession of:

• Weapons or dangerous objects;

• Smoke bombs, fireworks, or pyrotechnic devices;

• Dangerous bottles or containers;

• Laser pointers;

• Objects capable of being thrown onto the pitch or into the stands;

• Unauthorized professional filming or recording equipment;

• Banners, posters, or objects that violate regulations;

• Any other object prohibited by competent authorities or stadium regulations.

1. Spectator conduct

Every spectator must comply with the instructions of stadium staff, security personnel, and competent authorities. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Accessing the pitch or restricted areas;

• Acts of violence or threats;

• Discriminatory or hateful behavior;

• Damaging facilities;

• Throwing objects;

• Disrespecting other spectators, players, referees, or staff members.

Any violation may result in immediate expulsion from the stadium without a ticket refund, as well as potential legal action in accordance with applicable regulations.

1. Fraud prevention

• The Club and the ticketing platform WEBOOK implement measures to prevent fraudulent purchases, account misuse, and automated purchases.

• In the event of a reasonable suspicion of fraud, the Club and/or the platform may suspend or cancel the relevant order and, where appropriate, block the user account.

1. QR Code / Barcode Control

• Access to the pre-screening area may be controlled via a QR code, barcode, or any other electronic or technological device.

• The first valid scan of a ticket at the reader is deemed to grant access to the stadium.

• Any subsequent presentation of the same ticket will be refused.

• The purchaser is responsible for the safekeeping and confidentiality of their ticket and access code.

1. Complaints

Any complaint regarding the purchase, payment, receipt, or functionality of the ticket must be addressed to the ticketing platform via official support channels.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions of Sale

• Purchasing or using a ticket constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale and the stadium's internal regulations.

• The ticket holder agrees to comply with all rules applicable to stadium access and presence within the stadium.
