Tickets cannot be cancelled, refunded or transferred 3. Age restrictions apply: Children under16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. 4. In purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions provided by the organiser beforeandduring the event. 5. In the event of a cancellation, postponement, or change of the date of the event The ticket value will be refunded as a balance in the electronic wallet with the service provider. 6. The ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the event's date, time, location, and age restriction. 7. Dress and appearance must be suitable for a public space and in keeping with the culture and values of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 8. Food and drink are not permitted to be brought intothe venue(other than for medical purposesandmedically indicated nutritional supplements.) 9. The event has an all-inclusive policy. 10. Disabled friendly. 11. Ticketsmust bepurchased through the Diriyah Season website or the website of an authorised third party only. Tickets purchased fraudulently or from an unauthorised third party are invalid, and Diriyah Season accepts no responsibility for tickets purchased through unauthorised third parties. 12. Early arrival is recommended, and the organiser shall have the right to refuse any late entries. The ticket holder shall not have the right to claim for the reimbursement of the ticket price or any compensation whatsoever. 13. All ticket holders and their belongings may be subject to search when entering the venue. Prohibited and dangerous items will be confiscated. Any item that the organiser or venue security personnel considers a security risk or that may be used to damage the venue or interfere with the event will be confiscated. 14. Backpacks are not allowed. 15. All prices include VAT. 16. No professional cameras and video recorders are permitted at the venue. 17. The ticket holder consents to photographs, video, and sound recordings of the ticket holder to be captured and used in printed and electronic media, including theInternet, as an attendee at the venue. 18. The organiser has the right to remove whoever commits an act that, in the organiser's opinion, is considered to be against the event rules and regulations. 19. Visitors are required to preserve public property and avoid causing any damage to the site, including but not limited to historical assets and heritage palm trees. The Diriyah Gate Development Authority reserves its legal right to take any necessary actions to protect its rights in the event of any violation. 20. The operating hours of the Souq Almawsim event are as stated on the Diriyah Season website. Under certain circumstances, operating hours are subject to change and may be modified at short notice.
