In purchasing this ticket, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions and adhere to any other responsible terms and conditions or restrictions provided by the organizer before or during the event:

1. Children Entry: Admission is free for children under one year old.

2. Every attendee must purchase a separate ticket (adult/child older than one year)

3. Tickets prices are non-refundable.

4. In case of reselling the ticket outside webook platform, the tickets will be cancelled without any refund.

5. If the event was cancelled or rescheduled for legal reasons, security, natural disasters or for reasons beyond our control, the tickets will be valid to the new scheduled dates stated by the concerned parties.

6. The ticket holder is solely responsible for checking the date, time, location, and the age restriction of the event. Early arrival is a must, and the organizer shall have the right to refuse any late entries and the ticket holder shall not have the right to claim for a refund of the ticket price or any compensation whatsoever.

7. In case of leaving the venue, you are not allowed to return.

8. The ticket holder consents photographs, video, audio recordings of ticket holder be captured and used in printed and electronic media, including the internet as an attendee at the venue.

9. The organizer accepts no liability for bodily injury, illness, or death of any visitor (including ticket holder) and / or loss of or damage to personal effects arising out of or in connection with the event.

10. The organizer has the right to remove whoever commits an act that, in the opinion of the organizer, is a contrary behavior.

11. Adherence to the rules of public taste in line with the culture, values, and tradition of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

12. The organizer maintain the right to reject access or eject team supporters who enter the opposing team’s sections in the stadium. Please note that you are not entitled to any refund or compensation in such cases.

13. Fans who have booked seats within a particular club section of the stadium must adhere to wearing attire supporting the team they selected exclusively. Furthermore, it's essential to clearly state that entry will not be permitted to individuals who violate this policy by wearing the opposing team's apparel.

14. All tickets holders and their belongings may be subject to search when entering the venue. Prohibited and dangerous items willnot be allowed to bring inside the venue. Any item which the organizer or venue security personnel consider as security risk or that may be used to damage the venue or interfere with the event willnot be allowed to bring inside the venue.

15. The organizer has the right to remove whoever commits an act that, in the opinion of the organizer, is a contrary behavior.

The following items are prohibited to bring inside the stadiums:

a) illegal substances including controlled, dangerous or illicit drugs;

b) flares, fireworks, weapons, explosives and smoke bombs;

c) any beverages and food except snacks and baby food;

d) glass bottles, cans and breakable containers;

e) missiles of any description;

f) recreational or sport equipment such as skateboards, rollerblades, bicycles, balls of any kind, etc.;

g) animals and pets (other than Assistance Dogs);

h) laser pointers;

i) professional photographic equipment and recording devices for commercial purposes (including audio and audio-video equipment or devices);

j) confetti, shredded paper or paper rolls;

k) any banners or flags larger than 1.5 x 2 meter in size, unless the flag or banner is authorized by AFC, LOC and MOI through the submission of a dedicated application form in advance

l) Inflexible flag poles, or flexible flag poles greater than 1metre in length and 1 cm in diameter;

m) political flags, emblems or insignia (except for the recognized national flags, emblems or insignia of any of the teams (competing in the Competition);

n) signs, banners, flags, t-shirts or any other item with offensive, insulting, humiliating or discriminatory content based on gender, race, religion, culture, colour, descent, country of origin, or disability; whether written in Arabic or a foreign language;

o) any signs, banners or materials (including clothing) displaying unauthorized commercial or promotional content, whether written in Arabic or a foreign language;

p) coolers and iceboxes;

q) all mechanically-operated instruments which produce an excessive volume of noise, such as hooters or gas-powered horns, including vuvuzelas;

r) spray paint containers, chemical substances, or any other flammable materials;

s) megaphones, unless authorized by AFC, LOC and MOI through the submission of a dedicated application form in advance;

t) matches and lighters;

u) electronic cigarettes;

v) umbrellas and selfie sticks

w) power banks;

x) any kind of tools, domestic of professional (e.g.: knifes, screwdrivers, scissors, etc.)

y) any item determined by the Organizer that may interfere with the security of a Venue or match or cause injury, public nuisance or which is deemed dangerous or hazardous to fellow spectators;

The following actions are prohibited inside the stadiums:

a) smoking, except at dedicated areas;

b) displaying commercial or offensive signage;

c) any conduct which interferes with a match or is dangerous or disruptive including throwing objects of any description;

d) striking or igniting flares, fireworks, explosives and or smoke bombs;

e) the use of any chanting, language or conduct which is likely to offend, insult, humiliate, disparage or vilify any reasonable person third-party gender, race, religion, culture, colour, descent, country of origin, or disability;

f) concealing identity with a scarf, balaclava, mask or other item unless for a religious, medical or other justifiable reason;

g) unauthorized storage of equipment or standing/sitting in aisles or walkways;

h) standing on the seats;

i) public nudity or indecency;

j) defacing a Venue or third-party property or defacing or obscuring any notice, signage or advertisement within a Venue;

k) unauthorized commercial activities including, soliciting, customer surveying, promotions, advertising or marketing (including by way of distributing or offering any goods or services for sale in or around the Venue);

l) entering or attempting to enter any restricted or prohibited area without proper authorization (including the field of play, a player dressing room or official area, roofs, masts, fences or structures in or around the Venue);

m) conducting or causing to be conducted any form of betting or gambling within the Venue or collecting, disseminating, transmitting, publishing or releasing from the Venue (by any means or using any device) any score, result, statistic or data for any commercial, betting or gambling purpose;

n) offering, attempting to offer, or acting in concert with persons offering, any form of bribe or reward to a third party to fix, or otherwise improperly influence any match or the Competition; or

o) any form of ambush marketing (including by representing, promoting or advertising that the Patron or any organization has a connection or association with LOC, Asian Football Confederation (AFC) or the Competition which they do not have (including by using any logos, indicia or words associated with the Competition without AFC’s prior written approval) or any unauthorized use of the intellectual property rights of LOC or AFC or any activity which otherwise exploits the publicity or goodwill of the Competition without AFC’s written permission or any activity which LOC or AFC determine denigrates the rights of AFC, LOC or any third party associated with the Competition (including sponsors).
