By purchasing this ticket, you (the “ticket holder”) agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) below and any other terms, conditions and restrictions that The visual arts commission (the “Organizer” or the “Event Organizer”) may impose before or during the [ِBedayat: Beginnings of the Saudi Art Movement] located at [حي, 8745 طريق الملك سعود، 2722, King Faisal Road, الرياض] (National Musuem of Saudi Arabia ) 1-Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable. 2-Reselling the ticket is strictly prohibited. 3-Each ticket is valid for single entry only. Re-entry with the same ticket is not permitted. 4-By attending the event, the ticket holder agrees to the use of any photographs, video recordings, or audio recordings taken at the event, which may be published online. 5-Professional photography and video cameras are not allowed inside the event. 6-All ticket holders and their personal belongings will be subject to inspection upon entry. Dangerous or prohibited items will be confiscated. Any item deemed unsafe or potentially harmful to the venue or the event by the organizer or on-site security will also be confiscated. If a ticket holder refuses inspection, entry to the event will be denied. 7-The event organizer reserves the right to remove any individual who engages in inappropriate behavior, as determined by the organizer or security, and to deny entry to anyone whose conduct is deemed unacceptable. 8-Ticket holders are responsible for verifying the event date, time, location, and age requirements. Early arrival is recommended. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to late arrivals, and in such cases, no refunds or compensation will be provided. All attendees and their vehicles must exit the venue within 30 minutes after the event concludes. Any vehicle left beyond 30 minutes will be towed at the owner's expense. The organizer assumes no responsibility for any damage, theft, or loss of vehicles before, during, or after the event. 9-The organizer bears no responsibility for personal injury, illness, or death—God forbid—sustained by any visitor (including ticket holders), nor for the loss or damage of personal belongings or property arising from or related to the event or the use of rental equipment. 10-In case of complaints, they must be submitted within a maximum of 10 days from the date of the incident. 11-The organizer is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings (including vehicles) arising from or related to the event. 12-Ticket holders may access the venue up to one hour before the exhibition start time. 13-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the event venue. 14-If the event is canceled, postponed, or rescheduled by the organizer, no refunds or compensation will be issued. 15-Entry to the event is conditional upon the ticket holder refraining from any commercial (non-personal) use of the event or any part of it. 16-These terms and conditions are governed by the relevant laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent courts in Saudi Arabia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters related to these terms and conditions. 17-The list of prohibited items includes, but is not limited to: Food and beverages from outside the event Weapons, incendiary devices, or any replicas Horns, loudspeakers, or lasers Medications not in their original packaging Fireworks, flammable materials, or explosives Drones or flying devices All animals or pets of any kind Any other items that may cause alarm or disturbance 18- The content of lectures, talks, and workshops reflects the personal views of the speaker and does not necessarily represent the views of the event organizer. The content should not be considered advice, guidance, or professional consultation. The organizer accepts no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in the program content. All information is provided “as is” without guarantees regarding completeness, accuracy, usefulness, timeliness, or any type of warranty—express or implied. 19- If any claim is made against the organizer due to your violation of these terms, you, as the ticket holder, agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the organizer, its affiliates, suppliers, advertisers, sponsors, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses of any kind (including reasonable legal fees and costs). The organizer reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any such claim, and you agree to fully cooperate in asserting any available defense.
