• The Organizer shall not be responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

5. Entry Requirements and Instructions

• Attendees must comply with age restrictions and any other entry requirements specified by the Organizer.

• Attendees may be required to present valid identification or proof of purchase for entry.

• The permitted age for attendance is above 4 years old.

• Entry to the stage/venue is permitted only between songs.

6. Prohibited Items and Entry Instructions

• The entry or use of sharp objects of any kind is prohibited.

• The entry or use of narcotics, psychotropic substances, or controlled medications without a prescription is prohibited.

• Flammable materials are prohibited.

• Lighters, cigarettes, vapes, and electronic cigarettes of all types are prohibited.

• Perfumes and liquids with a capacity exceeding 70 ml are prohibited.

• Glass containers and metal cans are prohibited.

• Laser pointers are prohibited.

• Outside food and beverages are prohibited.

• Professional photography equipment may not be used without authorization.

7. Compliance with Laws and Venue Rules

• Attendees must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the event.

• Outside food and beverages are not permitted, as food and beverage vendors are available inside the event.

• Specialized photography and recording equipment is not permitted at the event venue.

8. Code of Conduct and Public Decorum

• Attendees must comply with the event rules and general code of conduct.

• The Organizer reserves the right to remove any person engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

• Attendees must comply with public decency standards in accordance with the culture, values, and traditions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Smoking, abusive or inappropriate behavior, clothing that violates public decency standards (clothing must extend below the knee and comply with the dress requirements set out in the Public Decency Regulations), assaulting or mistreating other attendees or staff, queue jumping, entering unauthorized areas, and tampering with event property or equipment are prohibited.

• Event Management reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any person whose condition or behavior is deemed inappropriate for the event environment or may affect their safety or the comfort and safety of others.

• Attendees must follow the instructions of the organizers and security and safety teams. Event Management reserves the right to deny entry to or remove violators.

9. Event Changes and Amendments

• The event start time or program schedule may be changed for organizational or artistic reasons. Tickets shall remain valid and non-refundable provided that the event takes place at the announced date and venue, unless otherwise determined by the Organizer or required by applicable regulations.

• Event Management reserves the right to make changes to seating arrangements or the venue layout.

10. Liability and Force Majeure

• Attendees participate at their own risk, and the Organizer shall not be responsible for accidents or injuries.

• By attending the event, attendees acknowledge and agree to waive any claims against the event organizers.

• The Organizer shall not be liable for bodily injuries, illness, or death of any visitor (including the ticket holder), or for loss of or damage to personal belongings, arising from or related to the event.

• The Organizer shall not be liable for unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control (force majeure) that may affect the event.

• In such circumstances, appropriate measures will be taken and attendees will be informed.

11. Acknowledgment and Acceptance

• By purchasing a ticket to attend the event, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
