Ticketing T&Cs Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully in connection with your attendance at the PIF Saudi Ladies International, organized and managed by 54 (“Organizer”) 1. By purchasing this ticket, you agree to comply with the Terms and any other terms, conditions, and restrictions that the Organizer may impose before or during the event. 2. All tickets: a. Are valid for a single admission to the specified event; b. Are non-cancellable, refundable, or exchangeable; c. Are strictly prohibited from ticket resale. 3. The ticket holder is responsible for verifying the date, time and location of the event. Those who turn up to the event without the correct information on their ticket will be refused entry. 4. Ticket holders and their personal belongings may be searched upon entering the event site. Any item that the Organizer or the security agency at the event venue deems to be prohibited, dangerous or that could be used to damage the venue or spoil the event will be confiscated. 5. Free entry for children under 16 years of age but must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. 6. Organizer reserves the right to alter the Event’s date, time, venue, or program without notice. If the Event is cancelled, Attendees may be entitled to a refund as per the Organizer’s refund policy. 7. All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. In the case of an event cancellation without a rescheduled date, a full refund will be automatically issued to each patron on the credit card used to purchase. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. 8. Parking - please note that we don't accept liability for theft, loss and damage. 9. By purchasing a ticket to the tournament, you agree to receive information relating to the PIF Global Series via email. 10. Photographic and video cameras are permitted on site but must follow respected guidelines provided by the Organizer and may be subject to restrictions: a. Please ensure that your mobile phone is on SILENT at all times. b. Please ensure your flash functionality is switched OFF at all times. c. Phone calls are allowed in non-competition areas only. d. Mobile phone photography/videography for personal use is permitted throughout the week in all areas of the course. 11. Persons shall not, whilst within the venue, use any electronic device to collect and/or relay any data or information whatsoever relating to the result, progress, conduct or any other aspect of any day’s play for betting activities or any other unlicensed commercial activities. 12. Please note that photographs and videos of patrons may be taken at this event for use in our archival and publicity material. By attending, you grant the Organizer the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in promotional materials without compensation. 13. Ticket holders agree to receive third party marketing material and communications from the Organizer about current and future events. 14. The ticket holder acknowledges that attending the event is at their own risk. Attendees must comply with all Event rules, venue regulations, and applicable laws, and the Organizer is not responsible for injury, death, theft, loss, or damage that occurred during the event or by purchasing a ticket for the event. 15. No picnics / picnic hampers allowed or outside food and beverage (except reasonable refillable water bottles). Public catering will be available at the event. The use of any computers and other electronic equipment is not permitted, other than with the proper accreditation. Making or distributing broadcasts, commentary, news reports, data, results or statistics by any means in any format or media, including any such by mobile phone or other wireless device, is not permitted. 16. No dogs or other animals are permitted on the course. 17. All promotional, commercial, political, religious or offensive items of whatever nature including, but not limited to, clothing, banners, signs, symbols and leaflets are prohibited. 18. The Organizer has the right to expel anyone who commits behaviour that, in the opinion of the Organizer, is considered to be violating of threatening. 19. The Organizer collects and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable data protection laws. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection, processing, and sharing of your personal data with third parties for Event management, marketing, security, and compliance purposes. Your data may be shared with service providers, partners, and authorities as necessary. You have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of your personal data.
