Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled trip are eligible for a full refund. Refunds are not available for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled trip. In case of unfavorable weather conditions, the trip will be either rescheduled or a full refund will be issued. No-shows (failure to attend the trip at the scheduled time) are non-refundable. Please ensure timely arrival at the meeting point. Late arrivals may be considered a no-show. The company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the trip due to operational reasons or insufficient participants. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method.
