Carbone

Carbone is one of New York’s most celebrated Italian American restaurants of the last decade. The restaurant pays homage to the Italian American restaurants of the mid-20th century in New York, where delicious, exceptionally well-prepared food was served in settings that were simultaneously elegant, comfortable and unpretentious. The food offering nods to that history, while taking culinary cues from the exceptionally talented chefs, blending of techniques from their cherished past, using the best product available in today’s market, and always keeping their eye on the future.
