في يومي 11 و12 سبتمبر، يعود Timelapse Fest إلى The View Hotel، بوزنيقة في نسخته الرابعة، ليجمع بين ليلتين من الموسيقى الإلكترونية، والتجارب الغامرة، وتشكيلة منتقاة بعناية من الفنانين العالميين والمحليين.

هذا العام، يجمع Timelapse 24 فنانًا على مسرحين، ضمن تشكيلة موسيقية مميزة تضم: Damian Lazarus، Rivo، Arodes، Andrea Oliva، Vanco، Baron، Meloko، Simone Liberali، Nait، Maqossa، Alexia، Ottmann، Othman Kabbadj، Sewan، Olivia، Zed، Zulu، Rui Azevedo، Rui Trintaeum، Kali G، Bryou، Hich B2B Slash وK-DJA.

1. General Principles & Ticket Issuance

Official Provider: Tickets for Timelapse Fest 2026 (September 11–12, 2026) are sold exclusively through webook.com (the official ticketing platform). Purchases made via unauthorized third-party platforms, secondary resellers, or unauthorized street vendors are strictly void.

Revocable License: A ticket constitutes a personal, revocable license to access the venue at The View Hotel, Bouznika. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or expel any holder violating these terms without financial compensation.

Age Restriction: This is strictly an 18+ event. Attendees must present a valid, government-issued physical ID (CIN, Passport, or Driver’s License) matching the name on the digital or printed ticket at the gate. Copies or digital screenshots of IDs will not be accepted.

2. Purchase Dynamics & Strict Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final: In accordance with standard electronic ticketing policies, all ticket sales, accommodation packages, and passes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable, except as explicitly required under Moroccan consumer protection laws.

Line-up & Scenography: Timelapse Fest is an immersive multi-sensory concept. The event's lineup is subject to change without notice. No refunds or partial compensation will be issued due to changes, cancellations, or modifications to the artist lineup or scheduled time slots.

Force Majeure & Rescheduling: If the event is postponed, delayed, or relocated due to unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure (e.g., extreme weather, national security directives), the ticket will automatically remain valid for the rescheduled date. If the event is fully canceled by the organizer without a backup date, a refund of the nominal face value of the ticket will be processed, excluding webook service, transaction, or administrative fees.

3. Venue Rules & Gate Control (The View Hotel, Bouznika)

Strict Security Screening: To guarantee safety, all attendees must submit to a security check at the venue entrance, including body searches and bag inspections by authorized security personnel.

Prohibited Items: Bringing any of the following items into the venue grounds is strictly forbidden:

• Outside food or beverages (including alcohol or water)

• Illicit substances, narcotics, or dangerous over-the-counter chemicals

• Weapons, sharp objects, lasers, fireworks, or flammable liquids

• Professional audio/video recording equipment, drones, or detached camera flashes (unless explicitly authorized with press credentials)

No Re-entry: The ticket grants a single entry per event day. A strict no re-entry policy applies. Once an attendee exits the designated festival perimeter at The View Hotel, their pass is invalidated for that day.

Hours of Operation: Gates open daily at 20:00 (8:00 PM) and close strictly at 04:00 AM. Late arrivals past the final entry cutoff set by security may be denied admission without refund.

4. Media Consent, Image Rights & Privacy

Crowd Capturing: By entering Timelapse Fest 2026, the attendee acknowledges that the event is heavily documented. You grant the organizer and its global media partners an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to capture, use, broadcast, and publish your likeness, voice, and actions in photographic, video, or audio formats for promotional, archival, or commercial purposes.

Data Privacy (Law 09-08): Personal data collected during the purchase process on webook is processed in compliance with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 (relating to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data). Data is used strictly for ticketing operations, access management, and internal marketing updates related to Timelapse.

5. Liability Waiver

Personal Risk: Attendees enter the venue at their own risk. The organizer, webook, and The View Hotel accept no liability for personal injury, hearing damage due to high-decibel sound installations, or loss/damage to personal belongings within the festival grounds or parking areas.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by Moroccan Law.

Any dispute arising from the acquisition or use of a ticket that cannot be resolved via an initial amicable claim with the organizer will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Morocco.
