Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a binding agreement between the company that owns the electronic platform (webook.com), and the users interacting with the platform. This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the platform and all related matters, and outlines the rules regulating the benefit derived from it, including the rights and obligations of all parties.
By visiting or using the platform, or by creating a personal account on it, the user acknowledges and agrees to be bound by all provisions set out in this Agreement.
Any amendment to these terms shall become effective immediately upon being published on the platform, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the platform by the user after the publication of any amendment or addition shall constitute full acceptance of such amendment or addition.
Use of the platform is also subject to its Privacy Policy, which includes details on how personal data is collected, used, and protected. Users are advised to carefully read the Privacy Policy before using the platform, via the following link: https://webook.com/en/privacy.
1. Definitions
- Webook
- Refers to the company that owns and operates the platform, which are the website and a mobile application known as (webook.com). The company operates the platform to provide services for displaying, issuing, and selling various products and services offered by multiple sellers and service providers to the users of webook platform.
- User
- Any individual who visits or uses the platform, or creates a personal account on it, whether for the purpose of purchasing or benefiting from products or services, or for any other purpose.
- Platform / Platforms
- Refers to the website (webook.com), the platform’s mobile application, or any other platform affiliated with Webook, including but not limited to the “webook shop.”
- Platform Users
- This term refers to all individuals or entities that use the platform in any capacity, including — but not limited to — users, buyers, sellers, service providers, organizers, bidders, and secondary ticket sellers.
- Services
- Refers to all services provided by Webook or offered through the platform, whether delivered directly by Webook or by any of the platform users, depending on their legal capacity.
- Additional Terms
- Means any additional terms or conditions applicable to certain products or services offered on the platform, which may be related to the event organizer or the seller.
- Secondary Ticket Seller
- A platform user who has originally purchased a ticket through the platform and wishes to re-list it for resale through the platform in accordance with the provisions of this binding agreement.
- Products
- Refers to everything displayed on the platform for the purpose of sale, reservation, or use, including but not limited to: all tickets, bookings, services, activities, shows, and other subscriptions available on the platform.
- Tickets
- Refers to digital entry documents purchased, sold, or transferred via the platforms to gain access to any event, activity, or show.
- Buyer
- Refers to anyone who purchases any of the products displayed on the platform.
- Organizer
- Refers to any entity that plans, manages, and executes the event, show, or service for which tickets or bookings were issued. The event organizer determines the event’s details, policies, and terms and conditions for entry, attendance, or use. The user agrees to follow the terms outlined here in addition to any terms specific to each event, activity, show, or service.
- Event
- Refers to the event, show, or activity organized by the organizer, with tickets or bookings for attending the event displayed through the platform, including but not limited to: matches, concerts, and theatrical performances.
- Bidders
- Refers to users who meet the eligibility requirements determined by Webook and participate in the auction by placing bids on products listed in the public auction offered exclusively on Webook platforms.
- Financial Guarantee
- A refundable amount determined specifically for each auction to enter and participate in the bidding process. This amount serves as a guarantee of the bidder’s commitment. If the bidder does not win the auction, they can fully recover the guarantee amount. If the bidder wins but fails to complete the payment within the auction’s specified timeframe, Webook reserves the right to confiscate the amount, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion.
- Auction Participation Eligibility
- The bidder acknowledges that they have reached the legal age of 18 years, are fully legally competent to enter into a binding contract (the bid), can provide the required guarantee amount, and complete payment procedures if they win. Participation also requires a webook account in accordance with platform terms and conditions. Webook reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject or cancel auction participation at any time.
- Auction Opening and Closing
- Auctions are scheduled by Webook. The auction is awarded to the highest bidder (above the specified price for each auction) or according to the specific terms and conditions of each auction.
2. The Right to Amend the Terms and Conditions
Webook reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Webook will make reasonable efforts to notify Users of any changes; however, it does not guarantee such notification. Any modifications take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the amended terms and conditions.
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1 Registration Requirements: To register on the platform and create a user account, you must provide accurate, correct, and up-to-date information, as follows:
- 3.1.1 Your full name as registered on government-issued documents.
- 3.1.2 A valid and active email address.
- 3.1.3 Your mobile phone number.
3.2 Registration requirements may be updated or amended from time to time. The user is required to provide accurate and correct information necessary to create the user account in accordance with the platform’s registration requirements. Using incorrect or inaccurate information, or information that does not belong to the actual user or the true beneficiary of the account, may expose the user to legal liability. Webook reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in such cases.
3.3 The user must update any information provided for account creation if it changes.
3.4 The user undertakes and acknowledges that all information provided during registration, account creation, and throughout the use of the platform is accurate, correct, and complete. The user acknowledges not to provide any false, misleading, or incorrect information, including but not limited to the user name, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details.
3.5 The user acknowledges that they have the legal capacity and meet the minimum age requirement, and undertakes to create a genuine, personal user account for personal use only on the platform. The user account must contain true and correct information without any alteration or false input, in order to complete product purchase and payment procedures. Products cannot be purchased or used without a real user account.
3.6 The user shall create only one personal account for booking and purchasing for personal purposes and not for trading or reselling on any platforms not affiliated with Webook. The user acknowledges that using the platform for trading or reselling on non-affiliated platforms exposes them to legal liability and gives the platform the right to cancel the product without refund, block or close the account and its contents. The user confirms that all data entered and registered in the user account is correct and updated, including contact and payment information, before, during, and after purchasing or using the product.
3.7 The user must maintain the confidentiality of their account information and ensure that no one else accesses it or conducts any transactions, and the user must notify the platform immediately of any unauthorized access, and the platform shall not be responsible for any changes or actions performed on the account under any circumstances.
3.8 By attending events, activities, experiences, or shows displayed on the platform, the user grants the platform, service providers, organizers, partners, and sponsors a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to photograph them and their companions, and to use, copy, distribute, display, and modify such images for promotional, marketing, and other purposes. The user acknowledges that the platform is not responsible for any consequences arising from photography or the use of such images or any resulting damages or losses.
3.9 The user must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, decrees, rules, terms, and guidelines when visiting or using the platform, including those related to booking, purchasing, attending events, experiences, or any other activities. The user acknowledges and undertakes that their use of the platform is in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, the platform’s terms and conditions, and the service provider’s terms, and does not conflict with any of them in any way.
3.10 The user grants the payment gateway (the entity processing payments) and the platform the right to deduct the value of products via the selected payment method, using the bank card information provided, and bears all fees associated with completing the payment process.
3.11 The User acknowledges and undertakes not to engage in any act or conduct that is inconsistent with these obligations, nor to carry out any fraudulent activity, nor any action that may cause harm to the Platform or the Service Provider. In the event of any violation or breach of these obligations, the User’s Account may be suspended, closed, or permanently terminated. A financial penalty shall also be imposed on the User for such violation and non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions, and this penalty shall be equal to the total amount available in the User’s Wallet. If no balance is available in the User’s Wallet, the Platform shall have the right to claim compensation for damages resulting from the User’s non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions. If the Account is suspended, terminated, and/or closed due to a violation of the Terms and Conditions, the User shall not be entitled at any time to submit any claim, objection, or complaint before any entity whatsoever to restore the Account or any balance or sales contained therein, as such actions result from the User’s breach of the aforementioned obligations, or any fraudulent activity, or any action that may harm the Platform or any Service Provider. The Platform reserves its right to pursue legal and judicial action.
3.12 The User must not engage in any behavior that obstructs or damages platform operations, interferes with other users’ access, or compromises the privacy, integrity, or security of the Platform.
3.13 The User must not use the Platform for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to sending viruses or malware, unauthorized access, or data manipulation.
3.14 The User acknowledges, agrees, and undertakes to assume full responsibility and to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from the User’s use of the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
3.15 The User acknowledges that the payment method, card, or bank details used for payments or refunds belong to them. The User shall not use cards or bank details that do not belong to them. If the Platform detects a violation, it has the right to close and terminate the User account and notify the relevant financial institutions and authorities.
3.16 In the event the User violates any of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement, the User shall be banned from using the Platform, and his/her account — as well as any related or affiliated accounts — shall be closed and blocked. A penalty shall also be imposed equal to the amounts available in the User’s account or any affiliated accounts. If no balance is available in the User’s wallet, the Platform shall have the right to claim compensation for any damages resulting from the User’s non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions.
3.17 The User acknowledges not to impersonate any public figure, natural person, entity, including Webook employees, or misrepresent affiliation with any person, organization, or entity.
3.18 The User must not register multiple accounts or create accounts on behalf of others.
3.19 The user must not harass or intimidate other users or Webook employees.
4. Platform Rights and Obligations
4.1 The Platform is committed to making every possible effort to ensure the readiness, effectiveness, and quality of the Platform’s performance, but it does not guarantee the absence of any unexpected interruptions resulting from updates, maintenance operations, or unforeseen technical problems.
4.2 The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform or any of its features at any time, without prior notice or liability.
4.3 The Platform works to satisfy the User and the Service Provider, and for that purpose, the Platform contracts with third-party service providers, including but not limited to payment processors, to facilitate the services provided on the Platform. The Platform shall not bear any errors, negligence, or claims resulting from anything provided by the third party.
4.4 The Platform has the right to modify, develop, and improve the Platform and the Terms and Conditions, and by continuing to use the Platform after any modifications to the Platform or to the Platform’s Terms and Conditions Agreement, the User acknowledges acceptance of all the updated terms and conditions.
4.5 The Platform is committed to making efforts to protect the privacy and security of the personal data and information of the User and the Service Provider, while reserving the right to use any of the data, statistics, and information for auditing, research, or development purposes.
4.6 The Platform is committed to publishing the information and product specifications as received from the Service Provider, and disclaims responsibility for any inaccuracy, incorrectness, or errors therein. The Platform also disclaims any liability for the Service Provider’s violation of any laws, regulations, licenses, intellectual property rights, or copyright related to any information, images, or specifications shared with Webook and published on the Platform.
4.7 The Platform continuously works to improve and develop the Platform in a way that benefits all parties.
4.8 Webook reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend the User’s account, delay or refuse payment transactions, or restrict access to certain features, including but not limited to wallet withdrawals, if any of the following conditions apply:
- 4.8.1 If the User is required to do so under law, court order, or by a governmental or regulatory authority;
- 4.8.2 If necessary for compliance with anti-money laundering or counter-terrorism financing regulations;
- 4.8.3 If there is suspicion of unauthorized or fraudulent activity related to your account, or if your account security has been compromised;
- 4.8.4 If the Platform has reasonable grounds to believe that the User is engaged in prohibited, illegal, or terms-violating activities on the Platform;
- 4.8.5 If Webook is unable to verify the User’s identity or confirm the legitimacy of the User’s account or transactions.
4.9 Webook prohibits any activity related to black-market trading and unauthorized resale, including but not limited to: reselling tickets outside the official platforms; listing or promoting ticket sales through other platforms, social media, private groups, or direct/private sales; circumventing or attempting to circumvent Webook’s resale system, including, for example, creating and using multiple accounts to purchase tickets in quantities exceeding the permitted limit per account.
4.10 Webook has the right to use automated and/or manual monitoring tools and processes to detect unauthorized ticket sales, transfers, or any black-market or fraudulent activity occurring on or in connection with the Platforms.
4.11 In the event that the User’s account is blocked or closed due to violation of any of these Terms and Conditions, the Platform has the right to confiscate the funds available in the account as a financial penalty for unauthorized use and for violating the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement.
4.12 The Platform may contain links to third-party websites and resources. These links are provided to improve the User’s experience and convenience. The Platform does not endorse or encourage dealings with them and bears no responsibility for the content, products, or services provided by the third party. The User’s dealings with third-party websites are unrelated to the Platform, and the Platform shall not bear any responsibility for any resulting consequences or for any terms, conditions, or privacy policies governing such websites, which are separate and independent from the Platform’s Terms and Conditions.
5. Technical Prohibitions
5.1 When the User uses the Platform, they acknowledge not to perform or assist in performing any of the following prohibited actions:
- 5.1.2 Collecting or aggregating private or personal data from the Platforms manually or automatically (including but not limited to through bots, any technical programs, or technical viruses) for any purpose, including but not limited to creating a database.
- 5.1.3 Using, displaying, imitating, or framing any part of the Platforms (including trademarks, logos, or layout/design) without the express written consent of Webook.
- 5.1.4 Using unauthorized software or tools to access, intercept, “mine,” or collect information through the Platforms.
- 5.1.5 Monitoring or intercepting communication protocols between the Platforms and their users using tools such as packet analyzers or network analyzers.
- 5.1.6 Engaging in automated use or imposing an unreasonable load on the Platforms’ infrastructure.
- 5.1.7 Bypassing security measures, such as bot exclusions or anti-scraping protocols.
- 5.1.8 Creating or maintaining any unauthorized connection to the Platforms (such as using emulators or unapproved software).
- 5.1.9 Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive the source code or any proprietary aspect of the Platform.
- 5.1.10 Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or malicious code designed to damage or disable software, hardware, or communication equipment.
- 5.1.11 Forging headers or source information in emails or posts to deceive recipients.
- 5.1.12 Uploading or transmitting any materials containing spyware or data collection mechanisms such as GIF images, “web bugs,” or tracking cookies.
6. Ticket Terms and Conditions
6.1 All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or replacements are allowed except as required by law or as expressly stated by Webook.
6.2 The buyer is responsible for verifying the details of the ticket. If there are any discrepancies, or any error is noticed, or there is suspicion of an error, Webook must be notified immediately with proof of the defect, whether before or after purchasing the ticket.
6.3 Tickets may only be used by the person who purchased the ticket or who legally and non-violently received it in accordance with this agreement and the applicable regulations.
6.4 Tickets may be utilized by sending them to a person known to the buyer for personal purposes, and it is not permitted to send them to any person for trading or resale through any platforms or other means not affiliated with the Platform.
6.5 Webook reserves the right to cancel any ticket that is found to have been obtained unlawfully, fraudulently, in violation of this Agreement, or through platforms that are not owned or authorized by Webook. Webook also reserves the right to block and terminate the user’s account and bears no liability for such purchases.
6.6 All ticket purchases are made at the sole discretion of the buyer.
6.7 Webook may provide illustrative seat views for specific sections at the event venue. These views are provided for general guidance only and do not represent the exact view, nor do they guarantee the comfort, condition, or quality of any particular seat.
6.8 Ticket prices may be modified after being listed due to various circumstances or reasons resulting from the request of the seller, service provider, or the Platform. In such a case, the user shall cooperate with the Platform to comply with the updated price and compensate for the difference. Webook bears no legal or financial obligation to provide any compensation, refund, or benefits as a result of price changes.
6.9 Purchase fees or processing fees may be applied and are non-refundable.
6.10 Tickets may be delivered electronically via email or made available for download through the User’s account on the Platform.
6.11 The User is responsible for providing accurate information for the purpose of receiving the tickets, and Webook bears no responsibility in the event of failure to provide correct information.
6.12 The Seller reserves the right to change the ticket details or its purpose, including but not limited to date, time, or venue, and also reserves the right to cancel the event, occasion, or show at their sole discretion.
6.13 If an event is canceled or rescheduled, refund or exchange policies will be determined by the Seller (if any), without any responsibility on Webook.
6.14 Webook is not responsible for any additional costs that may be incurred (such as travel or accommodation) if the ticket details or its purpose are changed or canceled.
6.15 The use and purpose of the ticket are subject to the rules and policies of the venue, Organizer, or event, including age restrictions, dress codes, and health and safety requirements.
6.16 In the event that the User fails to comply with the terms and conditions of the Organizer or Seller and is denied entry to the event, the User bears full responsibility, and Webook disclaims any responsibility for any compensation or refund of the ticket value.
6.17 Accessible Seating Tickets (i.e., seats designated for wheelchair users and their companions) are reserved exclusively for persons with disabilities and their accompanying guests. By purchasing a ticket for an accessible seat, the User acknowledges that they and/or one or more of their companions require accessible seating accommodations. The Platform reserves the absolute right to investigate any suspicious or unlawful use and/or to cancel any order if there is suspected misuse of accessible seating tickets. The Platform also reserves the right to take legal action against any person who obtains accessible seating tickets fraudulently. Furthermore, the management of the event venue has the right to redirect the purchaser and their companions to non-accessible seats or deny entry to the event if it is determined that such accommodations are not needed.
7. Resale on Webook Platforms
7.1 Webook may allow Users to resell tickets originally purchased through the Platform via the secure ticket resale service.
7.2 The availability of resale depends on the seller, service provider, or organizer, and resale is usually offered only when the event is sold out.
7.3 Not all events or ticket types may be eligible for resale.
7.4 All tickets purchased or sold by the Secondary Ticket Seller through resale are for personal use only. Resale for profit or commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. In the event of such a violation, the ticket will be canceled without refund, and the account will be closed and terminated along with all its balances, purchases, and bookings as a penalty for violating this agreement.
7.5 The Platform may verify the User’s identity and ownership of the ticket to prevent fraudulent activity. Unauthorized resale or transfers resulting from black market sales are strictly prohibited, and such tickets shall be considered invalid and non-refundable.
7.6 Only registered users who have previously purchased the ticket from Webook Platforms are allowed to list tickets for resale.
7.7 No secondary ticket seller may list tickets that they do not own.
7.8 It is prohibited to sell tickets obtained through the black market or through any platform not affiliated with Webook, or tickets obtained by exceeding purchase limits or bypassing security procedures.
7.9 It is prohibited to sell tickets for speculative purposes, or to sell stolen tickets or tickets obtained fraudulently.
7.10 Webook reserves the right to cancel any irregular resale transaction and/or take appropriate legal action in the event of a violation of this agreement.
7.11 The Secondary Ticket Seller shall set the resale price of the ticket and shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and taxes.
7.12 Webook may impose maximum resale price limits at its sole discretion.
7.13 A resale service fee percentage is applied to each resale transaction. This fee is collected by deducting it from the total sale value.
7.14 After completing the resale, the Secondary Ticket Seller shall deliver the ticket to the buyer. Webook reserves the right to verify the validity of the transaction and to cancel any resale it considers fraudulent, taking any necessary measures at its sole discretion.
8. Flight, Hotel, and Accommodation Reservations
8.1 Some services may be provided by external service providers. Service providers offer their services in accordance with their own terms and conditions, which will form part of the Agreement. Copies of the relevant portions of these terms and conditions are available upon request.
8.2 Webook acts only as an intermediary between the User and the Service Providers (such as booking companies, travel agencies, airlines, hotels, and accommodations).
8.3 Webook is not responsible for any of the following:
- 8.3.1 Operation, cancellation, or delay of flights.
- 8.3.2 Issues and complaints related to baggage, visas, or denial of boarding.
8.4 Webook is not an airline, hotel, or direct service provider but merely an intermediary between the User and the Service Provider.
8.5 Each main service provider has its own terms and policies, and it is the responsibility of the User to read and understand those terms before completing the booking.
8.6 The transportation of passengers and their baggage is subject to the terms and conditions of carriage of the relevant airline. Some flights may be operated by airlines other than the one through which the booking was made. In such cases, the terms and conditions of the operating carrier shall apply. These terms may be reviewed by visiting the official website of the airline or by requesting a copy directly from the carrier.
8.7 All prices and information displayed are provided by the service providers and are subject to change without prior notice.
8.8 Webook does not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of prices, flight schedules, flight availability at the time of booking, or the success or confirmation of any booking attempt.
8.9 The User is obligated to verify the accuracy and validity of all travel requirements (passport, visa, vaccinations, etc.).
8.10 The User is obligated to comply with the policies and conditions of airlines and/or hotels and accommodations.
8.11 The User is obligated not to make any speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings.
8.12 Additional fees may apply to flights operated by partner airlines, and baggage fees may also apply if the baggage exceeds the weight allowance indicated on the airline ticket.
8.13 Webook does not guarantee the success or confirmation of any booking.
8.14 Webook shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect loss or damage resulting from the use of airline services or hotel/accommodation bookings, any failure to complete or confirm bookings, or the actions or omissions of third-party service providers.
9. Communities and Chat
9.1 The User participating in the communities and chat commits that they have the legal capacity and are of legal age.
9.2 The User commits not to share any personal or sensitive information (including phone numbers, addresses, or financial information), whether such information belongs to themselves or to others.
9.3 The User commits not to share any illegal or unethical content through messages, images, video clips, audio clips, or any other means, including but not limited to prohibited materials, bullying, or unethical phrases and posts.
9.4 The User commits not to repeat the same messages, disrupt the effectiveness or flow of conversations, or promote content, products, or services unrelated to the Platform’s products and services.
9.5 The User commits not to send or post any content involving discrimination, racism, or hatred in any form.
9.6 The User commits not to impersonate any public figure or any other user and commits to the accuracy and correctness of the data provided, as well as the truthfulness of their identity and personal information.
9.7 The User commits to immediately notifying the Platform upon becoming aware of or noticing any content that violates or conflicts with these terms and conditions.
9.8 Failure to comply with any of these terms and conditions may result in the removal of content, temporary suspension of the account, or permanent termination of access to the Platform. These actions are taken to maintain user safety.
9.9 Users are prohibited from posting personal contact information, including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, or social media account details.
9.10 Users are prohibited from attempting to redirect other users to external platforms, websites, or communication channels.
9.11 Users are prohibited from using the Platform to arrange direct communication or contact through third-party applications or services.
9.12 The Platform disclaims any responsibility for interactions or transactions that occur between users or members.
9.13 Moderators reserve the right to remove any content that violates these rules.
9.14 Users may receive warnings, have their accounts suspended, or be permanently banned in the event of violating these terms and conditions. The relevant competent authorities may also be notified where required.
9.15 The resale of tickets purchased on Webook or any other platform through chat communities is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by Webook.
9.16 Spam is prohibited and includes unwanted or disruptive content intended to mislead, deceive, or interfere with the Platform, such as unrelated commercial promotions, misleading links, or manipulative search engine optimization tactics.
9.17 Users must respect the rights of third parties and are prohibited from uploading, sharing, or copying any content on Webook without proper legal rights or written consent, including but not limited to images, logos, videos, and texts. Any unauthorized use of intellectual property must be reported to Webook.
10. Subscriptions and Memberships
10.1 In the interest of ensuring user satisfaction and providing the best solutions and services, the Platform offers a subscription-based membership service through multiple packages. Each membership package provides the User with additional services and benefits based on the selected package. To subscribe, the User must have an active personal account and pay the applicable subscription fees.
10.2 Access to special and exclusive services on the Platform requires a paid subscription.
10.3 Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis, either monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle selected by the User at the time of purchase.
10.4 Membership subscription fees are charged according to the price displayed for the selected package and may not be paid through deductions from the electronic wallet linked to the User’s personal account.
10.5 The User authorizes the Platform to charge the subscription fees to the selected payment method.
10.6 All subscription payments are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise by Webook.
10.7 The subscription period begins from the date the User confirms the subscription to the selected package and completes payment of the subscription fees.
10.8 The subscription shall be automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle.
10.9 No refunds or partial credits shall be issued for any unused subscription period.
10.10 In the event that the User cancels the subscription during its validity period or after the start of the subscription period, the User shall not be entitled to any refund of the subscription fees or any portion thereof. The Platform is under no obligation to refund any subscription fees, even if the User did not benefit from the subscribed membership services.
10.11 The User may cancel the subscription at least two days prior to the start of the next billing cycle. The cancellation shall take effect after the completion of the current billing cycle. For example, if the User subscribes on a monthly basis, they may cancel the subscription for subsequent months at least two days before the end of the current month.
10.12 The User commits not to use the subscription or any of its benefits to engage in black-market activities or any illegal, unauthorized, or prohibited activities.
10.13 The User acknowledges that the subscription is intended for personal use only and not for commercial or any other purposes. Any violation of this clause shall result in the immediate termination of the User’s account without refund of subscription fees or any available balances. Webook reserves the right to take appropriate legal action where necessary.
10.14 Webook reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the subscription service at any time, including prices, features, and availability. Notice shall be provided where material changes occur.
10.15 In the event that the subscription is canceled by the User during its validity period or after the start of the subscription period, no refund of subscription fees or any portion thereof shall be provided, regardless of whether the User benefited from the subscribed services.
10.16 The Platform reserves the right to modify the fees of any membership package at any time.
10.17 The User commits not to use the subscription membership in any manner that violates applicable laws and regulations or conflicts with this Terms and Conditions Agreement.
10.18 If the User uses the subscription or any of its benefits in an illegal manner or in a way that causes harm to the Platform, any service provider, or any seller, the User shall be fully responsible for compensating the affected party.
10.19 The Platform reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel the User’s membership without obligation, upon providing notice to the User via the contact details registered in their personal account.
10.20 Subscription benefits apply only to selected events and are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. Such benefits are not applicable to all events. The Platform reserves the right to modify, limit, or reduce certain benefits for specific events, including but not limited to limiting the number of tickets available per event or restricting pre-sale access.
10.21 Subscription benefits may take up to forty-eight (48) hours to become available after activation.
11. Restaurant Reservations
11.1 The booking fees are non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the User or failure to attend at the specified booking time.
11.2 Once a reservation is made, the choice of restaurant cannot be changed, delayed, rescheduled, or refunded for any reason.
11.3 You must arrive on time for the reservation. If you arrive later than the scheduled reservation time, the reservation will be canceled with no refund.
11.4 The Platform reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in case of unforeseen circumstances (such as emergencies or closures).
12. Store and Auctions
12.1 Webook reserves the right to change product prices, descriptions, and availability at any time.
12.2 Webook makes every effort to display product colors and images accurately; however, an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
12.3 By placing a purchase order or participating in an auction, the User confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete.
12.4 Webook reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to errors in pricing or availability.
12.5 Once a bid is confirmed and awarded to the highest bidder, the User will receive a summary of the item via email and through the Platform. If no confirmation email is received, this indicates that the auction conditions were not fulfilled, including but not limited to not reaching the minimum sale price.
12.6 Participation in any auction displayed on the Platform does not constitute winning the auction unless and until the User receives an email confirming their win and outlining the next steps for receiving the product.
12.7 All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider.
12.8 Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

12.11 Bidders are responsible for ensuring that their bids are accurate and comply with any bid increments or reserve prices set for the auction.
12.12 Each auction shall remain open for the duration specified on the Platform.
12.13 Webook reserves the right to extend, temporarily suspend, or cancel any auction at its sole discretion.
12.14 Any changes to the auction duration or to the minimum amount required for an auction to be valid will be announced through the Platform or via email notifications.
12.15 The highest bidder who meets or exceeds the reserve or minimum price at the close of the auction shall be considered the winner, subject to verification, compliance with these terms, and receipt of an official email notification confirming the win and next steps.
12.16 All products offered for auction are sold “as is” and “where is,” without any express or implied warranties. Bidders are responsible for reviewing all product details provided prior to bidding.
12.17 Payment: Winning bidders are required to complete payment within one business day, or in accordance with the specific payment terms stated in the auction listing.
12.18 Additional fees may apply, including but not limited to taxes, customs duties, and shipping costs.
12.19 Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of the winning bid, cancellation of the sale, forfeiture of any deposit paid, and may lead to the imposition of penalty fees and/or suspension of the bidder’s Webook account. The Platform reserves the right to pursue legal action in cases of non-payment.
12.20 Bidders are responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including reviewing product descriptions, verifying product condition, and understanding all applicable fees, taxes, and charges.
12.21 Bidders must inspect the product through the Platform or, where applicable, in person by submitting an inspection request, in order to fully understand the product’s condition and all relevant details.
12.22 Participation in the bidding process constitutes conclusive evidence that the bidder has full knowledge of the product, accepts its condition, and is aware of all relevant details. No claims to the contrary shall be accepted.
12.23 Bidders must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws in addition to these terms and conditions.
12.24 Bidders are responsible for maintaining the security of their Webook accounts and ensuring that bids are placed intentionally and without fraud or undue influence. Webook shall not be responsible for unauthorized bids placed through compromised accounts.
12.25 Webook acts solely as a platform facilitating auctions and is not the owner of the products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webook, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall bear no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the auction process, including but not limited to errors in product descriptions, platform outages, or disputes between buyers and sellers. Webook does not guarantee the usefulness of any product or service and assumes no liability for defects, hidden faults, or deficiencies, whether discovered before or after purchase, including through third-party inspection centers.
12.26 Webook reserves the right to terminate an auction or a bidder’s participation at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, violation of these terms, technical or system issues, or for reasons related to the auction owner, without any liability on Webook.
12.27 The User commits not to engage in bid manipulation, fake bidding, collusion, or any similar practices. Any such conduct may result in account suspension, cancellation of bids, and legal action.
13. Live Streaming
13.1 Webook provides access to television shows, events, and other media content that is broadcast live on the Platform. This service is intended for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
13.2 The User commits not to attempt to download, record, copy, or redistribute any content displayed on the Platform.
13.3 The User commits not to use bots, scraping tools, or any automated systems to access, monitor, or interact with live broadcasts.
13.4 The User commits not to access or use the service from regions or jurisdictions where such content is prohibited by law or regulation.
13.5 The User commits not to misuse customer support channels or attempt to exploit, probe, or compromise any vulnerabilities of the website or Platform.
13.6 Content displayed on the Platform may be owned by third parties. All shows, logos, trademarks, and related intellectual property rights belong to their respective copyright holders.
13.7 While Webook makes reasonable efforts to provide uninterrupted access to live streaming services, Webook does not guarantee that the website or services will always be available, continuous, or free from errors.
13.8 The User acknowledges that live broadcasts may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or unavailable due to technical, operational, or technological limitations.
13.9 The User acknowledges that any content may be modified, restricted, or become unavailable at any time without prior notice.
13.10 Webook shall not be responsible for any technical difficulties encountered by the User, including but not limited to delays, buffering, poor video or audio quality, server outages or maintenance, regional restrictions, device incompatibility, or errors caused by third-party platforms or services.
13.11 Webook is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, suitability, licensing status, or copyright compliance of any third-party content made available on the Platform.
14. WBK Card
14.1 The WBK Card is a prepaid or rechargeable card with a specific amount through the application or at the event venue, for use exclusively at the designated event location. The card is loaded by purchasing credit points, which may be used through the card at the designated event location.
14.2 The card is available in several forms, including a physical card, a digital card, or a wristband. The physical card may be linked to the user’s account by scanning the card using NFC technology and linking it through the mobile application.
14.3 The card shall expire upon the conclusion of the event designated for it, or at the expiry date specified in the application. Upon expiry, the credit points loaded onto the card may not be used, and the value of the credit points may not be refunded either during the validity period or after the card’s expiry.
14.4 The card may be shared with other users during its validity period to enable them to benefit from the credit loaded onto the card. The card may also be added to Apple Wallet.
14.5 The user may freeze or delete the card in the event of any unauthorized transactions.
14.6 The card may not be used at any event or location other than the specific event or location for which it has been designated.
15. Limitation of Liability
15.1 Webook acts only as a service provider for displaying, issuing, and selling various products and services offered by sellers and service providers to the Users of its Platforms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Webook, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents bear no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its Platforms. This includes, but is not limited to, errors in product descriptions, platform outages, disputes between users and sellers or service providers, or any false or inaccurate information posted on the Platforms, including incorrect pricing. In such cases, Webook reserves the right to modify pricing information.
15.2 Webook bears no responsibility for any costs, complaints, or issues arising after the completion of the sale process. Webook does not guarantee the fitness, suitability, or accuracy of any service or product listed on the Platforms.
15.3 Webook and its affiliated Platforms, as well as the event organizer, expressly disclaim any responsibility for any losses, damages, claims, or disputes arising from the sale, transfer, or unauthorized use of tickets outside Webook’s official Platforms. Users expressly agree to indemnify and hold harmless Webook, its Platforms, the event organizer, and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and authorized representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, actual costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with: (1) the User’s breach of this Agreement; (2) any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions; or (3) any misuse of the Platforms or violation of applicable law.
15.4 Except for Webook’s obligations to protect personal data as stated in Webook’s Privacy Policy, Webook bears no responsibility for the timing, deletion, misdelivery, or failure to store any customization settings.
15.5 The User is solely responsible for all interactions and communications with other users.
16. Intellectual Property
16.1 All content, features, and materials available on the Webook Platforms, including but not limited to software, code, interfaces, marketing materials, images, graphics, text, and visual design, are considered intellectual property owned by Webook or its licensors and may not be used or exploited without the express approval of Webook.
16.2 All content on the Platform, including visual or written symbols, data, the trade name, and trademarks, are the exclusive rights of Webook and may not be used or exploited in any form.
16.3 All intellectual property rights, whether registered or unregistered, including but not limited to program code, visual and written content, artistic designs, programming languages, technical materials, trade names, trademarks, logos, databases, and related developments, are the exclusive property of Webook or its licensors.
16.4 The User acknowledges that they have no right to use, reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publicly display, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any intellectual property owned by Webook without prior written permission.
16.5 Any data collected, created, or stored through Webook’s systems, services, or integrations, including transaction data and analytics, remains the exclusive property of Webook. Unauthorized access, use, reproduction, storage, or sharing of such data is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
16.6 Webook retains all intellectual property rights and reserves the right to take any action necessary to stop unauthorized exploitation, modification, or use, and to seek compensation.
16.7 The User, service provider, or seller has no right under any circumstances to exploit or use, directly or indirectly, any registered or unregistered intellectual property rights of the Platform.
16.8 All data, codes, images, electronic designs, content, trademarks, appearance, layout, and other registered or unregistered items, domestically or internationally, are owned solely by Webook.
16.9 No entity or person may monitor, copy, extract ideas from, download, reproduce, or use any content displayed on the Platform without written permission from Webook.
16.10 The Platform may allow Users or Service Providers to submit content (including reviews, ratings, comments, or other materials). By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you grant the Platform a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for operational, research, development, or promotional purposes.
16.11 The User guarantees that they have the necessary rights to any content submitted and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
16.12 The Platform reserves the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, at its sole discretion, and bears no responsibility for third-party infringement by users or service providers.
17. Force Majeure
Webook shall not be liable for any delays or failure to perform resulting from events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These events are unforeseen, unavoidable, and may temporarily or permanently impede the party’s ability to fulfill obligations. Force majeure events include, without limitation: natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, storms, lightning, fires); war, terrorism, armed conflicts, riots, or civil disturbances; epidemics, pandemics, or government-imposed closures or quarantines; service interruptions; emergency government orders; cyberattacks or security breaches affecting platform systems without negligence; major technical failures or urgent updates causing platform downtime; or any other similar events.
18. Severability and Waiver
If any court, committee, administrative body, or competent authority determines that any part of this Agreement is illegal, void, or unenforceable, the relevant part or provision shall be deleted or amended to the extent necessary, without affecting any other part of the Agreement’s terms. All remaining provisions shall continue to be fully valid and enforceable. Webook’s failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision under this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision, and any waiver of any right under this Agreement shall only be effective if made in writing and signed by Webook.
19. Disputes and Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, regulations, bylaws, and decisions issued by the competent authorities in the “Relevant Country,” meaning the country in which the product is utilized, or used. For the avoidance of doubt, and without limitation, if the product or service is intended for use within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the laws, regulations, and bylaws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall apply.
In the event of any dispute arising between the parties to this Agreement, the parties shall seek to resolve it amicably through the exchange of written notices. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, either party shall have the right to refer the matter to the competent judicial authorities in the Relevant Country.
