Terms and Conditions – Little Explorer Event Tickets and Entry Tickets are sold exclusively online through the official website. Each ticket admits one child only and is non-transferable and non-refundable. Re-entry is not permitted without presenting the valid e-ticket on a mobile device. Tickets are valid only for the specified date printed on them. Tickets cannot be modified or canceled after purchase. In the event of schedule changes or cancellation, the ticket purchaser will be contacted with the necessary information. Age Group The event is designed for children aged 5 to 16 years. Children under the age of 5 may enter for free, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times. Child Supervision All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who is at least 18 years old. Children may not be left unsupervised at any time during the event. General Safety Attendees must follow all instructions given by organizers and security personnel at all times. Running, rough play, climbing structures, or misuse of equipment is strictly prohibited. The organizers reserve the right to remove any visitor who fails to comply with safety rules, without compensation. In case of emergency, all visitors must cooperate with the staff and follow instructions immediately. Food and drinks are not allowed inside the event space. Special Health Notice Some event activities may include sound or lighting effects, or be held in enclosed or dimly lit spaces, which may not be suitable for children with sensitivity to loud noises, closed spaces, or sensory overload. The organizers are not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications. It is the guardian’s responsibility to assess the suitability of the experience for their child. Dress Code Comfortable, activity-appropriate clothing is recommended for children to fully enjoy the experience. Behavior and Conduct We encourage children to be respectful, cooperative, and follow the instructions provided by the organizing team. The organizers reserve the right to intervene in cases of inappropriate behavior by the child or accompanying adult. Photography and Documentation Children may be photographed or filmed during their participation. By attending, you provide implied consent for the use of images and videos in documentation or media campaigns. Guardians who do not wish their child’s photo to be used should inform the team in advance. Personal Belongings and Lost Items We advise against bringing valuables or personal toys to the event. The organizers are not responsible for lost personal items. A lost and found area is available at the venue. Children with Special Needs All children are welcome. The venue provides accessible routes and appropriate facilities for children with physical or sensory disabilities. Please contact us in advance to coordinate any specific needs to ensure a comfortable and safe experience. Medical Support and Emergencies A qualified medical team will be available at the event site at all times. Parents are kindly asked to report any medical conditions or allergies in advance. Games and Activities Some games may require certain skills or be age-specific. It is the guardian’s responsibility to ensure the selected activities are appropriate for their child. Changes and Modifications The organizers reserve the right to adjust event timings or activities at any time based on circumstances or safety instructions. Refunds and Compensation No refunds or compensation will be issued for inability to attend due to personal or uncontrollable circumstances.
