Terms & Conditions – QB Festival

Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket or attending the event. Purchasing or using a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Information

QB Festival will take place from 27 July to 29 August, from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM, at Boulevard City – SEF Arena Gate.

The event includes entertainment experiences, games, challenges, live tournaments, interactive zones, and activities involving content creators, subject to daily schedules, operational requirements, and venue capacity.

2. Tickets and Admission

Each ticket is valid only for the date specified on the ticket and may not be used on another day unless approved by the organizer.

Visitors must present a valid ticket upon entry, either digitally or in printed form. The organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of the ticket holder when necessary.

The organizer reserves the right to manage entry based on venue capacity. Entry may be arranged in phases or according to ticket time slots during high attendance periods or when the venue approaches capacity.

Purchasing a ticket does not guarantee immediate entry in case of crowding, operational procedures, or security measures. Visitors must follow the instructions of the event staff at the gates and inside the venue.

3. Nature of the Experience

The ticket grants the holder access to the event area and the opportunity to enjoy available experiences according to operational capacity and the daily activity schedule.

The ticket does not guarantee access to every game, participation in every challenge, or attendance at every activity within the event. Participation is subject to capacity, operating hours, waiting times, and daily schedules.

Experiences, challenges, and activities may vary from day to day. The organizer reserves the right to modify, change, or replace any experience or activity as required for event operations.

4. Tournaments and Live Shows

Tournaments and live shows will take place according to the schedule approved by the organizer. Timings, access methods, or viewing arrangements may be adjusted based on operational or organizational requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, a general admission ticket does not guarantee a reserved seat or direct access to specific tournament or special show areas.

Some tournaments or activities may be displayed on screens inside the venue. Access to viewing areas is subject to available capacity.

5. Content Creators and Meet & Greet

The event may include appearances by content creators, influencers, or participating personalities, according to announced schedules or operational arrangements.

The ticket does not guarantee meeting any specific content creator, taking a photo with them, or obtaining an autograph. Meet & Greet sessions are subject to capacity, arrival time, daily schedules, and operational policies.

The organizer reserves the right to stop admitting visitors to any Meet & Greet session once capacity is reached or before the scheduled end time, including applying a last-entry cutoff before the session ends.

6. Challenges and Points

The event may include challenges, points, or daily ranking systems. Results will be calculated according to the mechanism approved by the organizer.

Participants must follow the instructions of supervisors, referees, and event staff. Their decisions regarding results, points calculation, and eligibility are final within the venue.

The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant or cancel their result in case of rule violations, cheating, or disruption of the experience for others.

7. Code of Conduct

All visitors must respect others, follow organizer instructions, and preserve the safety of the venue, facilities, and equipment.

Aggressive behavior, offensive language, harassment, pushing, damaging property, or disrupting the event is strictly prohibited.

The organizer reserves the right to remove any visitor who violates instructions or causes disturbance or risk to themselves or others, without compensation or ticket refund.

8. Safety and Liability

Visitors participate in games, challenges, and interactive experiences at their own risk and must comply with all safety instructions announced or communicated by the event staff.

Visitors must immediately inform event staff of any medical condition, injury, or circumstance that may affect their ability to participate in certain activities.

The organizer reserves the right to prevent any visitor from participating in a specific experience if their participation may pose a risk to themselves or others.

9. Photography and Media

By entering the event venue, visitors agree that they may be photographed or recorded in photos, videos, or media materials related to the event, and that such materials may be used for documentation, marketing, or media publication without financial claim.

Commercial photography, professional filming equipment, or live streaming for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior approval from the organizer.

10. Prohibited Items

Visitors are prohibited from bringing hazardous materials, weapons, sharp objects, flammable items, or any items deemed inappropriate by the organizer or security authorities.

Outside food and beverages are also prohibited unless approved by the organizer or allowed under specific exceptional circumstances.

11. Changes and Cancellation

The organizer reserves the right to modify event timings, activity schedules, operating areas, participants, or any part of the experience when necessary, without this being considered a breach of the ticket terms.

If the event is fully cancelled, tickets will be handled according to the refund or compensation policy approved by the organizer or the ticketing platform.

12. Refunds and Exchanges

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable after purchase, except in cases determined by the organizer or the ticketing platform.

Failure to attend on the specified date or time does not automatically entitle the visitor to a refund or compensation.

13. Final Acceptance

The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any visitor who does not comply with these Terms & Conditions, the instructions of the event staff, or the relevant authorities.

Purchasing a ticket or entering the event venue constitutes full acceptance of all the Terms & Conditions stated above.
