Eishha Nights

1. Entry is strictly limited to guests aged 18 years and above. A valid National ID, Resident ID (Iqama), or Passport must be presented upon request to verify age.

2. Each ticket is valid for one person only and may not be resold, transferred, or distributed through unauthorized channels.

3. All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in the event of official cancellation by the organizer.

4. The organizer reserves the right to amend the event schedule, program, or performing artists when necessary. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Admission is subject to mandatory security screening. Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry.

6. Weapons, hazardous materials, and any prohibited items under the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are strictly prohibited.

7. Outside food and beverages are not permitted, except where required for approved medical reasons.

8. Large bags and luggage are prohibited. Only small personal bags are permitted, subject to the organizer's security policy.

9. Drones, laser devices, professional cameras, and professional audio/video recording or broadcasting equipment are not permitted unless prior written approval has been obtained from the organizer.

10. Re-entry is not permitted once a guest has exited the venue.

11. All attendees must comply with public decency standards, venue regulations, and all instructions issued by the organizer and security personnel.

12. The organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest whose behavior compromises safety, violates event regulations, or disrupts the experience of other attendees, without entitlement to a refund.

13. The event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By entering the venue, attendees consent to the use of their image, likeness, voice, or recordings for promotional, marketing, media, and archival purposes without compensation.

14. Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer accepts no liability for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

15. The event may include loud music, high sound levels, flashing lights, laser effects, smoke, and other theatrical special effects. Attendance is at the guest's own discretion and risk.

16. By purchasing, possessing, or using a ticket, the ticket holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms & Conditions.
